We go here because it's better than Domino's. But the kids making the food are always changing. They offer a "text your order" option promoting a 15% discount. I e tried twice and they never "get the order", while the kids are waiting for a pizza they think is coming but never does. There is obviously management issues as they cannot retain employees and there are constant issues wirh orders. What bothers me the most is their "oh well" attitude. We waited 40 mins after placing a text order to find out when I called for a pick up time that they "never received the order". The guy went on to say "there was nothing he could do about it, it's a 3rd party service they use. And he wouldn't honor the 15% discount. He tried to pass off a coupon that applies to anyone who asks for it, for $5 off. Trying to make me feel it was his individual offer to make things better. I asked if this was on top of the $5 everyone has access to, he said "ugghhh, no," Given what he was give lm he did his best. The first time this happened we waited 45 mins, just to be told the "oops story I just told you about". They told me it would be ready in AN ADDITIONAL 45 mins! This brings it past 9:00pm. I asked if it could be placed in front of the other orders and was told a computer response of "no, at Jets we process all orders in the order they come in."..... But Jet's,.,.. Your system created the problem. Problem solving skills severely lacks in all of Midland, but just here. If the script doesn't work or if the machine break, they have NO idea how to troubleshoot or make customers happy. If Jets is worried about customer retention, They need to do a major overhaul. Maybe if they pay their "managers" (who are just regular employees who have been working there the longest and have NO college degree in Management, and pay a good wage for proper management, this business could really turn around as they do offer decent products (not including the frozen brownies though - hard as a rock). Hopefully they make some changes soon. Once is understandable, but the same issues reoccurring and everyone blames someone or something else instead of compensating the customer is some way, shows they don't value their customers. Mancinos, we're trying you out this Friday. Hopefully that experience is better because we are a Friday night pizza/movie family. I feel bad writing this review, but once, ok, twice, three times.... Get your products working or don't offer them. Theirs is also NO indoor seating, that's not good. This is not your go to relax pizza place. read more

We love their deep dish pizza. One of the best pizzas in town. We typically avoid prime time so we get our pizzas when promised without a wait but when we do a Fri or Sat around 6 plan on waiting past the promised times. Website/app is quirky to say the least. We've been Jet's customers for years and really liked their product, but my wife refuses to go there again. We phone in our orders and pick up ourselves. They changed managers recently, estimates of time to prepare the pizza have become quite over-optimistic and the service has gone downhill. On my wife's last few trips, we had been advised pizza would be ready in "45 minutes", so she arrived at Jet's 45 minutes later and still had to wait a while. The last trip, place wasn't busy, but nobody knew where her pizza was. After my wife stood around for 30 more minutes, they found the pizza somewhere in the back of the kitchen, not exactly piping hot and fresh. No apology for keeping her waiting, just "here's your pizza". Apparently, the employees at this Jet's are just too busy to care. We'll start trying other pizza joints in town. Whoever has decent pizza and decent service will get our future business. read more

We order from Jets in Midland and I normally do text to order. I ordered a pizza today and I ordered no black olives and half mushroom. There weren't any black olives but the WHOLE pizza had mushrooms. I called and talked to "Will." He said he'd talk to the manager and within seconds told me there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed that they couldn't at least do something. Probably never order from here again because this isn't the first time. I ordered the gluten and dairy free pizza and I was very disappointed. It wasn't fully cooked and the crust tasted oddly sweet. For a 6x8in sausage, mushroom, green pepper, and diced tomato pizza, $15.55 is ridiculous- especially since there was less than 2 pieces of sausage on each slice. If you're gluten free, I suggest dominos. I gave 2 stars and not 1 bc from past experience I know that jet's regular pizza is much better than the gluten free pizza. read more

I used to prefer another, long time pizza place located in downtown Midland but their quality has gone down so we had to find another pizza place. Jet's fit that bill. They are pricey though so that's a discouragement but the deep dish pizza is yummy, yummy, yummy! The pizza has always been crispy, hot and ready and the toppings are adequate. We haven't tried anything else...yet, but I'm sure we'll try the wings eventually. I've also reviewed another pizza place out M-20 which is fantastic as well. I had a large Jet's Hawaiian pizza delivered a couple days ago. It was very very good, and I would give it five stars, but I'm stingy with that 5th star. I had not tried any pizza other than Pizza Sam's since I moved here last August. This was significantly better than the pizza there I believe. The first thing I noticed when I took it at the door was how "heavy" it was. This was a hefty pizza, not a flimsy weightless piece of cardboard not much heavier than the box like most are these days. This is a lot of food for the money. I found two pieces to be very filling, usually I eat three (four if I'm really being bad). The Hawaiian pizza has bacon bits on it. I liked them, but it would probably be just as good w/o the bits. The ingredients seemed to be of good quality and tasted fresh. The crust is thick, but not too thick and the sauce was not too tart. All in all yummy and a thick solid heavy pizza! The delivery was prompt and friendly. read more

Best pizza in town. The kids request it all the time. Never been disappointed. Been there several more times since first review. Service has become indifferent to flat out rude. They could give a crap if you show up to buy pizza. Last time we were there, the guy stood there looking at me like I had lobsters coming out of my ears. The fact that Jet's Pizza is rated as one of Midland's top restaurants tells two stories. The first being the sorry state of dining in the city of Midland. The second being how well this chain pizzeria treats its customers. I recently went there to pick up a pizza on a Friday night, so it was super busy. However, the person behind the counter was very friendly and courteous to each customer. I sampled the BBQ Chicken pizza they had set out for people to try, which was very good. The person at the counter asked how I liked it and I inquired about the BBQ sauce that they use. He said it wasn't available in stores, but gave me a dipping container of it to take with me (without me asking). He also offered Halloween candy to a boy who came in with his dad and invited the young man to come back for trick-or-treating when they would have big candy bars to pass out. The couple of other workers I dealt with were friendly, too. The pizza was very good. The service was excellent. If you want a great carry-out experience, I recommend this Jet's location. read more

I recently moved here from the east coast and my coworkers recommended I tried jets, I'm not the biggest fan of deep dish but I'll be honest this made me really not be a fan. It's pretty good for deep dish pizza. I definitely prefer thin crust over it but don't order that here or else you'll get a soggy mess. When you get the box it may seem small for the price but you'll quickly notice how heavy it is. If I'm hungry, I can eat four slices of thin crust but could only manage 2 with this pizza. We order under the same number for the last 10 years. Sometimes 3 times a month. We ordered a pizza for pick up as we usually do and they lost or misplaced our order and instead of just asking to retake our order, the manager, Drake was adamant that we did not place an order. My wife called back talked to Drake and said that the person had taken our order repeated the order and had given us a price and he basically called my wife a liar. I then went back in the store after talking to my wife and Drake hanging up on her. After asking, if we were lying, why would I be standing there if I hadn't placed an order and been told to pick it up in 15 minutes. He basically called me a liar and said I didn't place an order and asked me to leave his store. I asked him why and he said I was being disruptive. I said I didn't think he was handling the situation very well. He told me to leave his store and he was calling the police. Seriously is that how you treat a regular customer. This jets location is quick and friendly. We've never had a problem getting an accurate order with a quick turnaround. The pizza is one of the better ones in town and is a great option for those of us who have given up on Big E sports grill due to their atrocious customer service and extremely limited ability to produce an accurate order. I usually like jets pizza... Tonight I had a terrible experience. The pizza was not as good as usual. They forgot part of the order. The manager was super condescending and not at all helpful when I called to inquire about the missing item. He was rude and unprofessional. I work in the food industry as well and if someone just spent $50 and had part of the order missing, I would be a little more understanding. The driver said he'd be back in 15 minutes and I called after a half hour and they couldn't even remember where the missing items went. I am quite disappointed, not because of the missing items but because of the management's poor customer service. The food and the management have gone downhill. I cannot keep spending this kind of money for the lack of quality and customer care that used to be there. read more
