I ordered (online) a veggie calzone, add chicken. Food was ready in a decent amount of time but I did not get what I asked for. It seems as if extra mushrooms were added instead of chicken. Also, the veggies could have been distributed a little better.

Jet's Pizza is always a solid choice! Choose from thin crust, hand tossed or Detroit-style deep dish!! Needed some pizza today and the Triple-Roni special hit the spot! $15.99 and I chose the hand tossed for today. Always great service, clean inside and they get you in and out in no time. They offer delivery but I usually can't wait that long and there's usually a location nearby. I love this place!

I would love to start of by saying....the pizza is good. It gets two stars because taste wise it's not disgusting at all. It is not bad pizza. Taste wise, it will not disappoint you. Value wise....what a expletive experience. We ordered a tiny cauliflower pizza(tiny)and two other "Little Ceasers" (small) type deep dishes, and it was $62. OMG...what a expletive rip off! $62! Sixty two....dollars. There is a Little Ceasers within .2 miles of this establishment and they blow Jets out of the water when you consider value. Jet's is so expensive, that I literally got into an argument with my wife tonight after she ordered the pizza and I had to go pick it up and pay. Expletive rip off! She is currently in bed while I'm typing this because of Jets and her ordering. Never again will my family be overcharged and shafted for normal expletive pizza.I live in this area and will speak poorly of the value of this place to everyone I know.

I wasn't really feeling pizza…read moretoday and they feature three options which are kind of like thick focaccia bread with toppings on top. Maybe next time, and maybe a whole pie instead, as I'm not typically a fan of pizza that stays out on the counter for a bit. That's just me, I bet this is usual, so no points off to them for this. I decided to grab The Marino from their menu. I really enjoyed the meatballs. They were super flavorful, a lot better than most places. The bread they used seemed to have been more on the Ciabatta side. The texture of the bread was soft and not hard to bite into. The sauce was not doused on this, which was great for me, so I didn't get any in my beard. It said panini, but I didn't sense the bread was pressed at all. Maybe there is something different about this in Italy that I'm not aware of? The sandwich was great overall, I wish it was larger or had an option to be larger. At $9.99, I really can't complain. Coulda just gotten two. Maybe next time! :D The shop is really cool and carries a lot of Italian/EU imports. I was able to find a jar of Nutella that is imported, which if you know, imported Nutella taste different than US Nutella and comes in a glass jar instead of plastic and taste creamier. They also had lots of pastas, sauces and candies. Some Easter stuff leftover as well at the time of this post. EU easter candy is better than American easter candy. :D When you walk in, the line sort of leads to the back and you make your way up to the front. In the glass, there are various burrata's available for around $8 each. Good for making your own pizza or perhaps an Italian dish. I didn't pay attention to what milk was used, but this is Georgia, so you make do. The drinks are all canned or bottled. They had some imported sparkling waters. You can tell by the fact that the caps don't twist off and are attached to the bottle intentionally because the EU requires this to avoid pollution by people leaving bottle caps all over the place. The young lady at the counter super knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. She was very sweet and good to talk to. I came after a lunch rush, so she asked me to pick a seat and let her know so she can clean it up. Very much appreciated that. Place is a little small and not a lot of seats. If you happen to come during lunch hour, be prepared to get the order to go and sit outside or across in the park center of the square. It's very well maintained from the looks of it and would be a great picnic area. Overall, I enjoyed this location very much. I would definitely come again to try some of their other offerings.

On the inside it's a quaint dining area with a parlor style, very simple chairs and tables. You've got full view of their pizza oven which is engraved with Vesuvio on the front. Sparsely decorated with vintage and photos reminiscent of Napoli Italy. They host Neapolitan style pizza which includes simple and fresh ingredients and a thin crust making it easy to fold a piece of their pies together to prevent spills. There is a small fridge with drinks on the side. You go up to the counter, grab a menu and tell the cashier/hostess what you want and you pay right at the counter. Tipping is optional. We ordered the margherita and porcillina pies. The first had all the expected toppings. I really liked the taste of the fresh mozzarella and they didn't heavily sauce it so it was a delicate balance. Topped with marzano tomatoes and basil was so delicious. The second was topped with Italian sausage and spicy salami. Just a slow heat that wasn't overpowering which I really liked. The crust on both were very evenly cooked, a wonderful blend of chewy and crispy. I also didn't feel like these pies were heavy. They didn't weigh down your stomach afterwards. I was also eyeing their homemade bruschetta which I think I would try next. The prices here were also quite good, no higher than 16 dollars making an affordable night out. The simplicity and freshness of the food makes it worthwhile to visit and try for yourself!

Everything is done properly and stays true to the Neapolitan style. It's also about a five-minute walk from the train station, which makes it a great option if you're short on time and want a reliable, classic pizza without going far. Solid execution, even if it didn't quite stand out compared to some of the top spots in the city.
