Super dissapointed, got 2 large deep dish pizzas, they were very overcooked and burned in places. I like crunchy crust, but not black charcoal. When told about it the employee did nothing. The worst part is they saw the poor quality, knew they were trash and still put them in the boxes and took my money. Worst pizzas i have ever gotten from a jets. Screw this location! Pizza tasted nice, ingredients worked well, it was genuinely good. Service was the only issue and not really towards me but the lady in front of me. She wanted some add-ons and was having trouble communicating with the cashier, he then proceeded to call the cook/manager who was even more rude than the other guy was towards the older hispanic lady. She left somewhat upset, both of the employees immediately dashed to the oven area to gossip about how "stupid" the lady was with other employees, made fun of her. I placed a telephone order with Jet's in Lapeer last night. The person that answered was gruff and gnarly. It was almost like I was an interruption to his day. When I arrived to pick it up, the cashier grumbled, "help ya." I gave him my name, and he instructed me not to insert my card until I decided how much of a tip I wanted to give; I felt like I was being strongarmed. A tip for what, so far, was a miserable experience? No way! I said I didn't want to give a tip, and he begrudgingly told me to hit a button to decline to tip--a more lousy attitude. He handed me the pizza without so much as a thank you or to have a good day. At home, I opened the box that they had indeed sliced the pizza--into two big pieces. Folks, I can't make this stuff up! The pie was merely sliced in half! As for the pie itself, it was dry and virtually tasteless. I ate one piece that I sliced from one of the two halves. Jets Pizza jumped on the discount pizza bandwagon that little Caesars started and went upscale with it a little. I like their pizza because it has lots of delicious sauce and toppings for a pretty cheap price. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Placed our order online for one 8 corners pizza around 7 PM for delivery. They estimated 8:45 for delivery. At 9PM we called to check on our order, "it will be done in 10 minutes and delivered in 5, so 15 minutes. We gave them 30 minutes, called in again, more excuses, asked for a manager to cancel the order. They didn't apologize, said a refund would be issued within 1 week. If not bring a bank statement in over an $18 pizza!? I'm sick of hungry Howies, but at least it shows up on time, with great service. Howie tracker doesn't lie people! You should also know we had ordered Dominos just 5 minutes before Howie's, they delivered 2 pizzas, forgot the 2 liter of cola, came back and delivered the 2 liter before we were even concerned about where our Jets pizza was. read more

About a month ago we had made a large order. Seven people who ate the all meat pizzas all got sick with vomiting, loose watery stools, & stomach aches. The people who ate the other pizza didn't get sick. We called & they apologized & said that it may be the sausage & said they would throw it out. They said they would replace the meat pizzas for whatever specialty pizza we wanted at a later date. It took a while but we decided to give them one more try. When we called to get the pizza, the male who answered sounded annoyed & told us to hold. After several minutes he said they had no recollection of it & was very rude about it. When we asked for his name & to speak to a manager he hung up. Shocked we called back & he answered again. We again asked to speak to the manager & he asked why. We said we wanted to make a complaint about the rude behavior & customer service we had just received, & he said "give it a rest" & again hung up. I do plan to make an official complaint because that was completely unacceptable to act so rudely. I cannot believe their workers get away with such poor customer service. read more

I am only giving one star because ZERO stars are not an option. We traveled from Portland Oregon to visit our extended family and go camping. The night we returned, my uncle graciously decided to order pizza for everyone and raved about how good the DC-10 pizza's were from Jet's Pizza. He ordered two and picked them up. After paying $30 and returning home to a table full of hungry guests from out of town, we opened the boxes to find two cheese pizzas with tiny little pieces of pepperoni on top with little pools of grease in each one. Clearly the order was incorrect. He called and the person that answered the phone offered no remedy. There are several things wrong here: #1 They clearly made a mistake. #2 They clearly overcharged for two so-called pepperoni pizzas because he ordered two deluxe gourmet pizzas that cost far more and the difference was not refunded #3 The quality was absurdly bad. Even if we HAD ordered pepperoni, they should not be the size of olive slices and sparsely placed. #4 They never did fix the problem or try to turn this bad situation into a good one. This was an opportunity to shine for this business and to right the wrong. They literally failed on every single level. Take your business elsewhere and spread the word that this place does not deserve even one more customer. I would rather go buy grocery store pizza than support this business. read more

I ordered a pizza for pickup a couple of months ago and when I got home the pizza was burned. I can't believe they even sold that to someone. I called them to complain and was told I get half off next time. Now this evening I just tried to order pizza, salad, and bread and there was no record of my discount and spent 5 minutes waiting on the phone while they figured it out. Then when we got there they didn't even have my order! Said I must have called the wrong place..nope they just messed up. Unbelievable. This jets is the absolute worst. I don't write reviews very often, but after the pizza we ordered last night, I find it warranted. Once in awhile we have a taste for Jet's Pizza. We'll travel the 11 miles to get there in stead of choosing one of the 3 local pizza places. The pizza was awful. As my husband said "It's gone down hill". We ordered the 8 corner pizza with 2 toppings at a cost of $18. It was under cooked. Also got a round pizza which was doughy. Honestly, for the $52 it cost us for 2 pizzas, breadsticks and an antipasto salad, we could have gotten better tasting pizzas, breadsticks and salad at our local pizza places like Bryan's Market or Hilltop and had at least $20 leftover. read more
