Would love to give this 5 stars as it's been amazing in the past, but in April I purchased some pizza and turbo stix. Cheese seemed old and didn't "taste right" on the pizza. I filled out a concern online and no one ever got back to me. Was only able to eat one slice before throwing the pizza away due to it tasting off. Hoping for a better experience next time. Definitely bummed by the lack of response. Would love a chance to come Reorder the Detroit style pizza again! read more

I ordered the cauliflower pizza (small personal pizza with four slices) and the hot wings. My food was okay, but pricey for it to not actually be very good. The cauliflower pizza is a nice touch for the health-conscious people but, for such a small pizza (the size of a large hand perhaps), paying over $15 for it was a bit much. I've had flatbread at many restaurants, with many fresh ingredients, and it wasn't $15. The crust was over cooked and there was nothing cheesy about it. Not the worse, but not the best. I also ordered the hot wings: hot and well done. They were very small and not too crispy. They remind me of the boxed "TGI Fridays"'wings that you buy at Walmart and throw in the oven. For $11 for 8 wings, this isn't a bad price in 2022... but I won't order them again. Overall, not a bad experience but based on the dishes I prefer, I'll spend that much money somewhere where I actually LOVED my food. Not just settled because I was hungry. In contrast, my partner ordered a large double-pepperoni pizza from this location and it looked great; hence why I gave it a chance. read more

so I went and I got a pizza and some wings and basically I took a bite out of my wing. As soon as I bit it, a literal fly fell out of it onto my lap. I didn't know if it was from there so I put it down, but then when I put it down there's sauce that's literally on the fly so I knew it came off the chicken wings and then not only that I literally got a pizza and I ate the pizza soon as I eat a hard plastic falls out, this was $82 waste of my time never going back. they told me it would take about 15 minutes ended up taking almost an hour. The service was not that good. read more

Service is awesome! Brian was courteous and mad sure we had everything just right on our order! Love their deep dish. Visiting on vacation, and made sure to eat here!!! read more

Most people know about Chicago deep dish and New York style pizza but have never heard of Detroit style Pizza. Detroit style thick crust cooked in a deep on to a perfectly crisp finish is now one of our favorites. Our go to is the Jet 10 Detroit style pizza with turbo crust. Cold or hot Jets is delicious and filling. The last time we ordered pizza for work the team got the BLT pizza and it was surprisingly good... Mayo on a pizza was a good choice. I feel like what ever mad scientist got that through the test kitchen should get a raise. Throughout the pandemic Jets quick to offer no contact delivery and has never been late on delivery times even on large orders. read more

We ordered antipasto and jalapeño bacon bread. It was delicious! We will be ordering again. Jets is our new pizza place! Thanks Jets!

The toppings were great...Nobody puts more toppings on there pizza than JETS.NOBODY!!

Wow. What a find. Recommended from a Facebook group. Did not disappoint. The employee was super helpful and explained all the options. Which dough is fresh (most), which is premade (gluten free and cauliflower crust). Completely get it. But the taste. Offered to add time to my wings if I like them a bit crispy. I do. The taste was amazing. Ask for Andrew. read more

This is a little pizza chain down the road that we have only ordered delivery from. The only kind of pizza we've tried from them has been their deep dish which they do so well we don't want to try anything else. The edges are crisp and brown but never burned, that perfect balance. The bottom of the pizza is never soggy and holds up well. Excellent amount of very tasty toppings. Not too much sauce, just right. The staff is very pleasant as well. I order through the Grubhub app and once, during the hurricane scare, they ran out of some of their ingredients and Jet's manager called me to apologize and asked what I wanted in substitution. We've also tried their fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. Really good, but huge. Great for a bunch of people, not so good for just two. Hah. Funny, I've never been a deep dish pizza person until I tried Jet's and now I don't want to eat anything else from them! read more

Absolutely delicious pizza & salad! Delivered timely & accurately! Love Jets pizza!

We have always loved Jets pizza! They almost always deliver much sooner than the predicted time. If they run late they call and let us know. I even asked for them to write a happy birthday on one of the boxes for my husband and they did! Love their pizza read more

Something was wrong online where our order was sent to apopka. The manager or owner at jets really went above and beyond to make this problem correct at the Lakeland location (the apopka location wasn't very kind at all) I have surgery in two days and live with a tube in my back to my kidney, times are extremely hard, so we spent our last 7$ to get my favorite pizza, jets. And even though that mistake happened this store really went above and beyond for us so I could enjoy this meal. It really is the little things in life that are so short and precious. Thank you jets in pizza in Lakeland! The apopka location could use some pointers from you guys! read more

The food is nice not to greasy the service is also I give it an 9.5/10 ambiance is also ok

I stopped in at 11:30, drawn in by YELP reviews, the sign that said "by the slice", and in search of a better pizza. I was sorely disappointed with the greeting "We have no slices, we just got an order for 18 pizzas." I cannot judge this place on its tastes, having been turned away by lack of planning and/or inability to service a single customer during the lunch hour of a work day. Who knows if I'll ever venture back? Certainly not as a "drop in". 3/26/11. A Jet's delivery van flew through our neighborhood at 45 mph in a 25 mph zone and ran two stop signs. I called the manager and was not impressed that he was going to "handle it". This driver's poor judgment is poor PR for this business. 2/8/12. So it took me 11 months to go back. They have a complex menu. If you want a medium, it only comes round and hand-tossed. If you want small or large they are rectangular and in on size you can get thin, hand-tossed or deep dish. So I said, "I want a medium veggie" and they charged me $13-ish. 8 pieces. Big pie. Great crust. Stocked with fresh chopped veggies. Mushrooms, onions, peppers, black olives, tomatoes. Cheesy. Not greasy. I'd order it again. It was cooked in about 13 minutes. I up'd my rating from 1 to 3 stars based on forgiveness and a decent visit. read more

Great Detroit style pizza, really enjoyed it and it reminded me of home! Great takeaway place.

So we've lived in Lakeland for almost 4 months and have been trying out different places. We had seen this place driving by and then I googled them and saw the reviews online. I'm usually not a fan of deep dish however the Detroit's Deep Dish is really good. It's got some crunch, not doughy and the sauce is good, it didn't look or taste greasy. We drove 30 minutes to get our order since we live on the north side, well worth the drive. Highly recommend this place, trust me because I'm picky! read more

pizza was over cooked/burnt and taste like frozen pizza from save a lot. Very disappointed ‍

We like Jets deep dish pizza. They put the right amount of sauce and toppings and the turbo crust is our go to. We had never had Jets before moving to Lakeland and now it is a regular. read more

This was our first time ordering from Jets and, unfortunately it may be our last! We ordered the Veggie 12" without olives. Problem: the veggies were all undercooked and, more specifically, the onions were raw, so much so, that my body refused to accept more than 4 small pieces and, I ended up donating my dinner to bathroom, if you get my drift. Incredibly disappointed. Not sure if I would be willing to order again. read more

Ordered a veggie cauliflower crust pizza and it was wonderful! First time and won't be the last :)

So I went with the kids and wife to the South side Jets in Lakeland and we ordered a pepperoni but as soon as my wife jumped in the car we called and changed the order to a Detroit 10 and the girl who worked there said no problem we can change that for u a and 2 seconds later 1 of the male workers gets on the phone and says he u ordered the pepperoni it's done already, I said to him what ? Look I rather u tell me hey I already started the order or hey its not easy switching orders 120 Seconds later but no he literally said it's done already and mind u he told my wife 20 min so that definitely turned me off, jets pizza is soooo delicious God that really bothered me I'm taking a break from going there read more

We've order delivery from Jet's several times. Pretty standard pizza place order of pizza, bread, and boneless wings. The online ordering system is a little "clunky" compared to the big chains, but the food has been consistently good. It's more expensive than the big pizza chains, but at least for the pizza delivery options in Lakeland, it's far, far better than any of the other "big three." Our go-to place for pizza delivery. read more

J E T S Jets Jets Jets! I have fond memories of skipping class in HIGH school to get slices of Jets. For that reason, I gave this location a one star bump. As a general matter, this location is the equivalent of a nut sack. It's warm, smelly, and a tad moist. Their pizza is decent but def not great. Their cheese is rubbery. And their marinara tastes like it was mixed with nose hair. It is what it is. A cheap lunch spot. read more

tastes great. what's it's doing to my toilet the next morning, not great. if you want acid reflux for 24 hours and diarrhea, go for it

For the first time ever , we've been let down by Jets. I don't know why , buts today's pizzas, were not good at all. Extra greasy with the pepperoni one , sauce tasted really weird , my kids thought it tasted sweet , I couldn't put my finger on it. I think the chicken was left off of our chicken pizza..... When we eat pizza , jets is our place. Has anyone else noticed a change ? Thanks read more

Amazing pizza (get the deep dish). Amazing bread (get the jalapeno cheese dip... Oi!! ) Super fast delivery right to our hotel room door. Because we are in a hotel, they also brought along extra cups, a load of plates and extra napkins; all most appreciated!! Oh yeah, and the people were all super nice! Oh, and decent prices, too. So my husand and I ordered from here yesterday evening. I was super excited and nervous to try the califlour crust pizza and he was super excited to eat his four corner pizza and more excited we found a place who puts green olives on pizza. See, we are both are from up north and he was so sad that pizza places don't put green olives on pizza. Well, omg the pizza's were amazing. We both loved them so much. The bread was amazing as well. This restaurant is amazing. We will truly be back. Their food is above and beyond. So happy we ordered our take out. Sorry we dont have pictures it was so good we didn't have time to get any.
