Let me start out by saying that their food is great! Don't bother order directly online with them. Spend a buck or two more and use Grubhub. I ordered off their website and there was a 60-75min delivery time. The driver showed up 30min after that 75min time with a room temperature pizza. Order through Grubhub and you'll get it in half the time and it will be hot. It's disappointing that after leaving a good tip when placing the order and getting the crap service. I normally do not leave reviews but after the 3rd time of getting My order wrong I feel like I need to. I call and let them know it's wrong and they want me to bring the old pizza back to them to make a new one. EVERYTIME I order I always get the buffalo base because I do not like pizza sauce. The "jet bot" doesn't specify this to their end (so they say) but it shows on my receipt. The ONLY time it is right is when I skip the bot and speak to someone in the store and then I lose the 15%. Got a Half & Half Pizza , on my girlfriend's half it was supposed to be extra sauce not on both, and now my side is so saturated with sauce you can barely see taste the cheese neverthless all the toppings i got, I asked for it well done, it came out looking like a highschool cafeteria pizza like instead of the cheese being golden and more cooked, it looked cooked enough to be melted, I asked for feta on my half didn't even see the feta and when i asked about it they said it was under the cheese, interesting concept since most feta cheese comes thickly crumbled i saw more sprinkled parmesan on my pizza than feta on my half, and to top it off they barely put on any toppings, my partner and i each got 3 toppings i got red onions, jalapeños and feta it just had like one jalapeño per slice and a bunch of tiny cut onions i have no problem for the upcharge on the toppings what i do have a problem with is being charged and then not receiving it. I can't even enjoy my pizza after spending almost 30$ with tip, how come when you tip in advance they always mess up your order somehow, i work in customer service i get how much those tips mean, and it's not mandatory to get them, at bare minimum make the food how it's asked to be. Never coming to this location again. And don't even think about trying their "text to order" option to get "15% off" because if it has to many build your own options they plug in wrong and try to charge you way more than you would if you just went through the website. read more

Service was horrible! I came to pick up a DoorDash order and I told the young man(Cashier) I came for two orders. He went back to prep some food. Then this rude elderly worker came with one of the two boxes. I respectfully told him thanks, and I have another order to pick up. This is when he said "I wish I knew that sh*t." I told him that your co-worker was informed of this, and should've relayed that to you. Finally, he went to get the 2nd order for me and said "I got an order and I'm not a mind reader" to me. I decided to come here for lunch and placed a call in order; best decision of my life! We got the 4 corner deep dish and it was quite literally the best pizza i've ever had!!! It was hot, fresh, flavorful, and the crust was perfect! (make sure to get the crust turbo style which is butter, garlic and Romano!) Detroit-style with 8 edge pieces is the way to go if you love a thick crust with crispy cheese on the edge. The chicken parm was good and fresh. The cheesy bread was nice and garlicky. The Hawaiian was out of this world - best of its kind that I've had. We ordered the butter crust, and it was so flavorful. The pizza itself was decent nothing crazy but still pretty good. As the other reviews say, the sauce is easily the best part. It was hands down some of the best sauce I've had. There is only a couple of problems I had. They had a bot that received orders on the phone which caused some confusion. The last problem is the restaurant itself.
