Gray Honda Civic delivery person was whipping in and out of lanes in North Tarrant Parkway getting back to the store. Very disappointed win our last couple experiences. This place had been our #1-#2 goto pizza place the last couple years, even recommended it to quite a few people. This last time is it though. Ordered again on Monday about 430pm for 600pm delivery. Driver called at 630pm and told us there was an issue with our bread that delayed the order. He arrived about 10-15 or so minutes later. The bread was warm but the pizza and wings were absolutely "disgustingly" cold. We had somewhere to be at 7 so we had no time to rewarm anything. They obviously knew the pizza and wings had been sitting at least 45 minutes when they had the "bread issue". Next time please deliver the $40 in pizza and wings, we could have survived without the $5 in bread. Money down the drain as we had to go out for dinner later. Also- website ordering is still broke after talking to them a couple times. If we log in it says they do not deliver to our address (we are in the same zip code, just a couple miles away). We either have to call in our orders or order without logging in this refilling in all the fields each time. Time to move on. read more

Great pizza ... the turbo crust is a must! I like that you can order online. Please take note that it takes longer than a typical pizza place so allow plenty of time. My husband and I have been looking for a new pizza place to try and we are so glad we gave Jet's a try. We had their New York Style pizza and it was absolutely delicious! Pizza was ready on time and the customer service from all of the workers was awesome from being greeted as soon as we walked in to the cashier who rang us up. The only thing stopping this from being a 5 star review is that we wish the pizza came in a bigger size other than 6 slices and the cinnamon sticks could have used a bit more icing or maybe even a side of it. I typed the order correctly and the restaurant added in a medium pizza. If you order through text or online double check everything correctly. For once, I'm actually really glad I tried a place that put a flyer on my door! As they say in their advertising, it really is all about the crust. It's pretty dang good and they have plenty of options like garlic, Cajun and even poppy seed. Everything else is above-average and the prices are affordable, so I'd definitely try them out if you're in the area. read more

My sister in Minneapolis has raved about this pizza place for years. While visiting a friend in Keller, I saw a flyer on her kitchen table for Jet's. After a quick Google search, I concluded that this is the same Jet's pizza chain that my sister so highly recommended years ago. Then suggested we order pizza for dinner. Jet's is carryout and delivery only (surcharge for delivery is $2.50) and has pizza-by-the-slice during lunch hours on weekdays. Pizza was great. We ordered a thin crust and a deep dish. I'm not a deep dish fan, however, the deep dish was MUCH better than the thin crust. The crust on the deep dish was crunchy and awesome. My sister recommends the "turbo" crust, however, I did not know that until after we had devoured the "regular" crust deep dish. Definitely would order Jet's again if I am in the area. read more

Staying in a hotel and we didn't want to go out. Hotel staff recommended Jets Pizza, so we called for a delivery of pizza, salad and soda. In our "special comments" we stated we were in a hotel, which one and our room number. When we received our order, there were no forks or paper plates, no peppers or Parmesan cheese for the pizza and no napkins. Seriously??? What good are special comments if they aren't going to be read? Did we need to "spell out, please bring forks, paper plates, peppers and Parmesan cheese?" Given the fact that they are delivery only, and they were only 4 miles from the hotel we were staying at, maybe they should be equipped to delivery these items when delivering to a hotel room!! We are not apes and going to eat with our fingers!! Pizza was ok, difficult to tell which direction it was cut, was not cut as a "pie", we asked for extra cheese, don't think we got that, but salad was good, Italian dressing had a nice flavor and "kick " to it. Would I recommend it. I guess so, but if you need utensils, napkins, etc make sure you specify because they don't seem to have the common sense to send them. read more

I'm in TX visiting my sister and I don't what it is about TX but apparently horrible service is the norm. My sister ordered a deep dish half cheese and half pepperoni, with cinnamon sticks, and diet pepsi. The first order we got was a thin crust with the cinnamon sticks. I did not realize we had the wrong order because I did not make it. So I ate the thin crust, it was bland. No flavor. Then we got our "corrected" order. We got the deep dish with cinnamon sticks. The deep dish was also tasteless. We never got that diet pepsi. The cinnamon sticks were decent but then again, cinnamon sugar and bread is hard to mess up. But then again, so is pizza and Jet's Pizza is awful. If my sister orders from here again, I'll order from somewhere else because that much money for below mediocrity, is theft. read more

I had a few friends who used to live in Michigan and when they heard there was a Jets opening in the area, they wouldn't stop raving about it so I had to try it. And it was AMAZING. Been having jets for about 7 years now, and still good as day 1! There salads are amazing and extra dressing is great for dipping pizza, or just a really good salad. ^_^ The subs are great too, sometimes would like a little more meat then bread. Boneless chicken is awesome! Don't forget the cinnamon sticks with extra icing, I always get 2 boxes, one for desert and one for breakfast!!! Just had this 2 nights ago and it never disappoints. They have the best deep dish in my area, that delivers. I had a coupon for $14 and after tax and delivery fees, I only paid $17.50 then the tip. I got a Large Pepperoni deep dish with a large crazy cheese bread and fed the family no problem. Very fluffy and the corner pieces have the right amount of fried edge to them. Just perfect. My FORMER favorite 8 corner pizza; Pepperoni with extra cheese, extra sauce. Is Not as good as it use to be. A Jett's employee at the counter stated, "Corporate" came in said they have been over-cheesing there pizzas". It's what set them apart from pizzerias. They have to weigh the cheese now! I paid $2 for extra cheese. I did not get what I paid for.. It looks like a regular amount of cheese. It looked and tasted mediocre. *** If what we ate was extra cheese (aka regular cheese). I imagine a pizza with regular cheese is probably a tablespoon of cheese sprinkled. So Disappointed! I'm less likely to order from Jett's again. I've ordered pizza twice at the Tarrant location. The quality pizza is gone. I called Jett's "corporate " franchise headquarters, each location is individually owned. I thought I found a loophole ! The Tarrant and Davis location had 2 different owners. If I wanted the quality pizza I had to drive a little further to the Davis location ! Great specials - got a coupon in the mail which advertised specials for their deep dish pizza, as well as other items. I'm a big fan of the deep dish style - it fills you up, tastes great, and offers a variety of texture and flavor -- Jet's Pizza lived up to all of my expectations in this regard, and then some. For delivery, I had two small deep dish pizzas, one with five toppings -- vegetables (mushrooms, bell peppers, black olives, etc.), and one pepperoni pizza. The pizza was delivered in a timely manner - particularly as my home is a little out of the way, but yet arrived at just the right temperature - the toppings had been carefully cooked, well distributed, and evenly balanced, the cheese was of excellent texture, and didn't overpower the crust or sauce. The best part about this deep dish--where other pizza places in the DFW Area fall short--is that it was, for lack of a better word, perfectly cooked and made - just the right amount of crisp, crunch that holds a solid form on the edges and bottom, but with an amazingly dense and delicious warm, but not overly chewy interior. Filling, but not overwhelming. At twenty bucks for two pizzas, given the quality, the amount of toppings, the location, and the service of delivery, I feel it was a great bargain, as I have leftovers for lunch the next day, after my friend and I ate three slices from each pizza apiece (there are six well-sized slices in each pie for the small pizza.)
