But they treated me with the utmost respect, ordered the exact colour I wanted (just for me!) and the service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend STC autocare. Will recommend them to all of my friends and anyone I know looking for this type of service!! Five stars across the board!!

(A significantly cheaper option with much less quality than traditional painting) Called the wife of owner (sara), and she understood and admitted to fault in misrepresenting the product on her ads, and said she will talk to her husband to discuss possible resolution, but her husband basically said "screw off". Came back to try a comprimise for a fair price (asking for a partial refund).... Instead the owner yelled at me to get out and started cursing. He resorted to calling the police because he could not provide me a reasonable answer and had nothing he could say back. The owner, Hassan, tried to provoke me several times by looking at me and telling me to punch him, and then threatened to kill me. Not a registered body shop. Just a punk, ready to use his hands.

I could not have been more thrilled with the services I received from Get Detailed…read more I recently purchased a new vehicle and reached out to Hamza regarding his Ceramic Pro services. Hamza responded quickly and detailed the various packages and considerations that may help me determine the most appropriate package. He patiently answered my questions (many many questions) and offered helpful suggestions. Importantly, he did not try to upsell me on services I did not need. I ultimately decided to purchase the ceramic pro silver package and carbon fibre wrap services for various elements of my vehicle's interior. Upon pick up, the vehicle looked amazing and I was really pleased to have selected Get Detailed. It has been about two weeks and the car still looks stunning. You can really tell that Get Detailed used quality product. In addition to the quality of the product I received, my customer service experience could not have been any better. Get Detailed accommodated delays at the dealership (even staying open late to allow me to drop off my vehicle), facilitated transportation to and from the subway to pick up the vehicle, and went above and beyond in answering any questions I had. If you are considering purchasing ceramic pro services, I would definitely suggest coming to Get Detailed and would highly recommend their services. Thanks again guys!

Went to the appointment and was disappointed that the shop was closed. I gave the owner a call and he was off due to an emergency. I had gotten the day off and was going to surprise my hubby with the gift so I was pretty disappointed that the shop was not open once I gotten there. Sean, the owner said he called me multiple times to notify me. However it seems that he had gotten my number wrong. He did try to compensate me by offering to do the service on the following Monday with complimentary pick up and drop off service. I had to email him 3 times on fri, sat and sun and finally decide to call him on sun to confirm. He did confirm the appointment via phone. He came on time as expected at 11 am and was able to get the car back to me at around 2pm. My husband was happy with the service as the car was very dirty and had a lot of salt build up. Sean did a great job at the detailing tho I wished my original appointment was honoured.

The best detailer in the GTA hands down. You have the other GTA detailers, then you have Luxury…read moreShine Detailing. Dave provided me the most meticulous detail job on my cars I could ask for. His prices are also very reasonable. I shopped around before I found Dave and all the other quotes were over inflated and way too expensive. On the day of the detail, Dave drive over to my place and got straight to work. He didn't rush any of the steps and took his time. He even explained the importance of some of the stages to the detail work. In the afternoon it started to rain but Dave had a collapsible canopy that he quickly assembled to continue his detail work. My garage was full so the detail had to be done outside. Luckily he was prepared for bad weather. I was very pleased with the work done on both cars. He restored my old M3 that was abused previously to showroom condition. You can tell he put effort and heart into the work. My new Jag F-Pace had a lot of dealer imperfections that came with delivery of the car. He managed to get rid of all of the swirls until it fit his definition of "new showroom condition". He also applied a paint protection to both my cars and the Jag has survived the winter without any scratches. A quick rinse brings it back to how shiny it was when Dave worked on it. I'll definitely be returning next summer for The Luxury Shine Detail.
