I came to jet hoping for something more. It left a few things to be desired. Don't get me wrong, their staff is super friendly and the service is pretty fast. But I walked in and felt somewhat rushed in my experience. Very new age spot with a lot of hustle and bustle. It's the complete opposite of what I'd hoped for in regards to a coffee shop. Maybe I'm not up on the culture of it all but it was super loud and fast paced. Definitely not a spot i'd frequent to sit back and read a book or get some work done. It's most definitely a very high traffic spot. I felt a bit overwhelmed but definitely not by the menu choices. I ordered a butter croissant on one of the two occasions I visited and it was the driest pastry I'd ever tasted. Possible marketing ploy to push larger sized drinks to wash it all down perhaps? I like jet coffee a lot, but their line is always SO LONG on my way to work. It's clearly great that they are getting so much business, but the line isn't realistic for me to sit in for 20 minutes. They are doing their best to get everyone through, but I'll usually pick a different place if the line is out to the road. read more

Let's start off by saying this is a local coffee spot that has only been open for a handful of months but this place is here to say! The coffee is so affordable! This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. Inside is bright and cheery and the staff is very friendly. I tried an iced cloud 9 and it was pretty good, but it didn't taste much like coffee. It was very sweet and milky. I also tried the cocomocha and it was very good! When I went, the drive thru was packed and there were quite a few people inside. It was nice that the price on the menu is the price you pay (the sales tax is included in the price). They have quite a few specialty drinks and I am looking forward to coming back to try them. read more

I was skeptical of this place when it first opened up but since it local and new to our community I gave it a try. I am so glad I did. You are always greeted with a smile every time by the friendly staff and the coffee is remarkable. My favorite here is the Hero. But have honestly tried and loved everything on this menu since they opened because I'm here everyday to get my coffee fix. The coffee is very good and the service is fast. However, if you are coming here to do school work - you will be VERY distracted. As the employees talk very loudly and sometimes even yell, making it VERY difficult to focus on your schoolwork. It also makes is difficult to hear Zoom meetings, etc. through headphones. read more

Fresh brewed coffee, quick service with an extra personal touch in comparison to any other coffee shop around. The Jet Coffee employees literally seem legitimately interested when they ask "how are you" or say "have a great day". It never seems like it's just part of their rehearsed script and they are always patient and attentive while you decide on your indulgence! Eye contact and true connection is what you experience. It's so much more than a cup of coffee! I hope they get more locations because the current one is a hidden gem in Lafayette and its a shame to keep it all to ourselves! I'm so glad Jet is MY neighborhood coffee shop!!!! I enjoy the basic fresh brew but everyone in my family likes the fancy stuff and we've never been disappointed!
