I just left Jet City Harley-Davidson, and frankly, I am quite concerned by the lack of professionalism I encountered. The entire experience felt remarkably disorganized--almost surreal. Upon entering, I was swarmed by four different individuals simultaneously, which felt less like premium service and more like a lack of floor coordination. The representative assigned to me lacked even a basic grasp of the product line, noting he had recently transitioned from a car dealership. When I inquired about the 2026 Road Glide Limited, he quoted a starting price in the mid-$50,000 range. This is logically inconsistent with Harley-Davidson's own digital build tool, where I have already configured a fully-optioned model for $44,000. The pricing process was equally opaque. After waiting ten minutes for what I assumed were custom quotes for both the floor model and my specific build, a different manager appeared and presented a pre-filled finance sheet. It is mathematically presumptuous to present a 30% down payment structure and an $885 monthly obligation before even discussing the asset's total cost or available Tier-1 financing incentives. When I pressed for the cost of the upgrades, the staff appeared entirely lost, suggesting they would "eventually" need to consult the parts department. Most unsettling, however, was the conclusion. The staff here were outstanding! I didn't catch the saleswoman's name, but I do remember her nails matched the color of her bike, super nice detail. There was also a gentleman with a handlebar mustache who helped me find an great Harley coat. Everyone I met was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. The dealership itself is impressive, outside, the Harley-Davidson sign spins and immediately catches your attention, and inside, the place is spotless with plenty of new inventory. Jet City Harley is a wonderful store for Harley enthusiasts. My parents visited me and wished to buy a few Harley localized themed merchandise so we stopped here early. The motorcycles shined under the lights and I was struck with the thought as I looked at all these motorcycles how much time must be taken to ensure they remain dust free. I know - it is a silly thought - but also a sign of how much the workers put into this store. With a store as big as this one with warehouse high ceilings it is incredible to think about the maintenance that goes into keeping up the gleaming look this store has. We were wandering around for a good ten minutes before anyone approached us, but I believe that was intentional. We were greeted upon entering, they watched us for a bit to see what we were looking at, and then approached to help. They have a great selection and my parents left with a couple shirts and a couple glasses. It was a great time. read more

I'LL GO ELSWERE After telling them I was not interested in buying the used Heritage I had my eye on, at their price, Over a three week period, they called me several times, to say that they would honor my price. and agreed to sell the bike at the original price we agreed upon originally, I went in the next day with title, fobs and cash in hand, they prepared an offer sheet that priced the bike 800 dollars more than what we agreed on and added a 1200 dollar extra charges item, the desk manager replied that this was a standard fee, mechanical inspection and road test, cleaning and preparing, etc., all bikes sold have this. We went around in circles for a while and I can see he was mad that I was not giving in to his pressure. I did not understand why they agree on a price on the phone, and change the other numbers after getting me to come down in person again. I did not buy this bike in the end as this manager just made me too mad, Out of principal, I would not do business with pressure sales skills like what I had to endure from him over a 3 week period of time. . If they had included what they said where extra charges that had to be payed for, instead of stringing me along trying to confuse me with extra numbers and charges, I probably would have bought that bike, Instead I told him to go f--ck himself with his extra charges. Sure I was mad as hell, He was pissed too, he mad a scene as I left, and yelled for me not to come back, and threatened me all the way out the door. All this does not give me a ticket to come in and push their sales staff around, It does give me a reason to be so mad that I will take my business elsewhere. I bought my new Road King there four years earlier, Since then, I let them upsell me on service to my bike, I bought all extras from this location, after they invited me to come down that many times and changing the price, trade in, or extras, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy a bike I have no complaints about the quality of the repairs I have had, or their parts dept that I bought from, repairs took a little longer than I would have liked, But I could see they were busy. If I could give this location a zero - I would. Their service department is the WORST! they have no idea what they are doing. We've had a constant issue with one of our bikes going into "limp" mode (no throttle power) randomly and for no apparent reason. This has been going on since we purchased it brand new in 2022. We've had the bike in the shop multiple time for this and they could not seem to find out why this was happening and what the ECM codes meant. All they did was clear the codes and say they couldn't recreate the problem. They've told us that they have been on the phone with corporate tech support (because this is warranty issue). They have not replaced any parts - except the ones they broke when they dropped the bike when they were picking it up from us. We now have it at Sound Harley Davidson - and the day after leaving it with Sound Harley, they called to say they found a wire that was broken that threw the same codes and put the bike into "limp" mode... new parts are on the way... Good job Sound Harley - too bad Jet City Harley couldn't do their job! We no longer trust Jet City Harley and will forfeit the remainder on the service contract and the Tires for Life program .... we'd rather be safe and take our bike somewhere else! read more

was looking to sell my ultra limited spoke to Nicole told her I had a rumble on offer that I felt it was a total joke. Nicole said bring it up here we really value bikes above bluebook. I told her I knew my bikes value and didn't want to waste her time or mine if she wasn't going to be better than Rumble on. Nicole had me schedule an appointment told me she would be there to take care of me. when I arrived I asked for Nicole instead I got a gray haired old lady who looked too over weight to even throw her leg over a seat let alone ride a bike. I figured she was a sells person so I gave her my info and my bike info she looked over my bike and gave the appearance she had no clue what she was doing. she then took my info to someone else who came back 2k lower than rumble on saying they could off what they would get at auction. some BS used car tactics. I felt my PTSD kicking in and knew to leave before things got bad. when I got home I tried to call Nicole after I calmed down and couldnt get ahold of her I asked for the business manager and was transferred to someone else's phone who's voicemail was too full to leave a message. This review is an update to my review after purchasing a Road King here in 2014. That transaction was handled by Tony Beyer, a long time Harley GM who I have had an excellent history with. The dealership was "ok" but not amazing by any means. Tony had just come on board there and clearly he had his work cut of for him in terms of whipping staff into shape. Apparently, at this he was unsuccessful as he left to work elsewhere shortly afterward. If the sum of your experience at this dealership is buying overpriced apparel and you were delighted with the clerk who took your money, I'm happy for you. Ditto for those reviewers who bought some accessory or liked the coffee they had in the lounge. But I think most reading these reviews want to know how this dealership is in terms of the motorcycle purchase transaction or how good their service department is. Them prepping a motorcycle that you purchased elsewhere or fixing your flat tire without incident means zip to me. As far as service goes, my one and only experience here was very poor. My Road King was still new and had a starter problem. Intermittent, of course. Something the MoCo is famous for. Their Tech couldn't find anything wrong so they sent me on my way. After numerous times stopping somewhere only to find that the motor wouldn't start I contacted a different dealership. Their guy found the problem pretty quickly (a poorly crimped connection) and problem solved. Come 2023 and I am considering trading in my Road King for a 2023 breakout. Contacted Jet through their web site, explained what I was looking for and asked to work with their GM or at least their sales manager in the hopes of a quick, painless transaction. Instead I hear back from their "Internet Sales" drone with lot of hooey about all these promotions and how they can save me lots of money but the promotion ends today so I need to come right in. Now I've already checked and they do not have a Breakout at the dealership so they in no way are set up to wrap up a sale in the next couple of hours. And "great deals" that conveniently expire at 5PM are the red flag of all red flags that the person you are talking with is a scam artist. So I ask the price and get a lot of vague flim flam dancing around again telling me how much I will save if I come in right now. Pretty obvious that I am talking with someone who is ethically challenged, right? So I ask for actual numbers and I'm told that the price will be in the high 20 thousands plus my trade that KBB says is worth $12k for a motorcycle that has an MSRP of $21,000. I inquire why she thinks offering to sell me a motorcycle at MSRP plus many [MANY!] thousands of dollars would be a great deal and I'm told that her price quote is "just a range" and that their prices are variable. Apparently based on just how stupid a particular customer is. I again ask to have a conversation with their GM or sales manager for an actual price that the dealership will stand behind. Still waiting. So, savvy motorcycle tire kicker.... does this sound like a dealership that you'd want to hand your wallet over to? Anyone with any experience at all buying vehicles knows that you can go pretty much anywhere and get something for full MSRP. Paying MSRP plus an additional dealer profit markup is for boneheads. A good deal is an out the door price in the neighborhood of 10-12% below MSRP. A great deal is in the range of less than actual dealer cost which you can sometimes get if there are factory incentives that only the dealership knows about, especially if it's near the end of the month and the dealership didn't make their quota. The moral of this story? Believe very little of what anyone is sales tells you. If it's not in writing, it doesn't exist. There's certainly no shortage of people with more money than brains. But in my world, having ethics, honor and honesty are requirements for me to want to do business. I treat people fairly and expect the same in return. I'm guessing that these guys are more in the W.C. Fields camp. Caveat emptor. read more

I rode up to Seattle 5 days ago with 4 buddies then today, the battery on my 2009 CVO Road Glide died while it was parked outside Ivar's at Pier 54 on Alaskan Way in Seattle. I called Jet City Harley-Davidson, at 3 pm, and they were terrific: they gave me a suggestion about a tow company, and when I arrived at Jet City on the bike, they couldn't have acted faster and more helpfully in getting the bike a new battery, installing it, cleaning the bike and getting me on my way. Brought my 06 sportster in here for a service and all they did was lube up my throttle cable, brake lines and adjust my handles, brake flush, oil and primary fluid filter change and it all came into a total of 1k for a basic service incredibly overpriced on top of that they didn't bother to check my carburetor. Every single time I go to the parts department as well they are clueless and have no background knowledge of older bikes and sourcing parts they rely on customers knowing part numbers or going through their computer.
