Unfortunately the warehouse sent the wrong window to them so our appointment was moved but they called us right away, explained the situation and we resceduled. I'm huge on customer service! I messaged them about the crack in my car and the owner messaged me real quick which I appreciated. He gave me the quote and I requested his services. He ordered my windshield for me but told me it arrived with a crack and he would need to order a new one. Which was fine, I would wait. He told me he would see me the following week.
