My experience was top notch in the promptness of getting me into the chair at the time specified (no waiting around10-20-30 minutes like many Dr. offices). The front desk was very busy but spent enough time with me to make sure everything was in order insurance / paperwork wise AND did it with a smile . The extraction prep and process was smooth and efficient with the support cast very interactive and sensitive too the inherent nervousness associated with pre-surgery time. The preparation and extraction was done quickly with emphasis on patient comfort and pain tolerance. Every person in the room during this procedure was professional but friendly and focused on their job. A few days after the surgery there was still some discomfort so I call their office (on a Monday) and was quickly scheduled for Tues. AM. The issue was ID'd and corrected. No hassles no stress. I do not write reviews often (maybe 1 / year) and only when the experience is very positive or very negative. I am not a shill for this practice and don't know a single person personally. All of the things quoted by other patients, happened to me too. I could go into elaborate detail on my experience but to keep it brief, here's what happened to me: - Told me my insurance wouldn't cover the procedure cause "they rarely ever cover this type of procedure." FALSE, it was covered by my insurance. My daughter had an impacted tooth that needed to be removed. - Incorrectly quoted patient estimate based upon above statement. The practice tried collecting $1,600 from me on the day of surgery without clearly stating this expectation to me. A lot of their documentation danced around the requirement but never clearly stated their payment policy. - Their estimate included a standard tooth extraction (pulling a tooth) versus the impacted tooth. Let's call out they tried to charge full anesthesia charges for getting a tooth pulled and that didn't set off any red flags to anyone???? - Numerous unaddressed requests to speak with a Office Manager or the person responsible for the financial requests so I could understand the estimate supplied to me. - Forced to pay a specialist fee for a consultation that was covered by my insurance. They couldn't advise when my refund would be processed. Nor did they ever apply the balance to many estimates they shoved in front of my face. The surgery staff was very kind and took care of my daughter. They had very good bedside manner so nothing bad to say about the surgeon or nurses; however, the rest of the experience was pretty terrible. BUYER BEWARE! Know your rights as a patient and get educated on your benefits before walking into this place. I'm sure there's been so many people who just pay and never see the refund owed to them.

The teeth cleaning and x-Rays were made better by the staff who were transparent and informative. I was shown my x-Rays and explained what was going on with my teeth. Dr. Casella was very welcoming and confident. I already setup my next appointment and he will be my dentist as long as I'm in the area. Huge upside was no up-selling. I had a small issue that they could have easily recommended expensive action for, and Dr. Casella decided it wasn't necessary. It's nice knowing someone cares about your money too.
