Hate doing 1 star reviews but this was pretty bad. The wings are a mess. The worst wings in NEPA. Low quality meat and tasteless greasy liquid which can't even be called a sauce. Pizza is just average New York style grease. Low quality. A lot better options in NEPA to spend your money on. No love went into l making this food and it shows. read more

Ordered from here plenty of times with no issue- just got a hoagie that was completely soggy (literally dripping) and the chicken was undercooked and chewy. NOT WORTH IT. Also, nearly $30 for two hoagies is nuts. read more

Payed $25.00 for a steak and cheese Stromboli!!! It was a cheese Stromboli with a sprinkling of steak! I called before posting. The manager was incredibly rude and kept calling me darling. He said " I made it and that's what you get darling ". I said is this how you do business and he said yes darling that's how I do business. Wow! Never again and I will now tell friends. Loved the pizza! Reminded me of back home in NYC. We got 4 individual slices, 2 ham and pineapple, bruschetta, and eggplant parm. Bruschetta was my fav! Crispy NY crust and great amount of cheese. Sauce was well balanced, not too sweet, not too much oregano. We sat outside across the tracks under the gazebo to eat and had a fantastic afternoon! Highly recommend! read more

Best pizza around. I ordered from here a lot when I was working in Archbald. The drivers are friendly. The boneless wings are great. I highly recommend the medium sauce. There is not much difference in heat between the medium and the hot but they melt butter into the medium, I guess to cool it down, which gives is a great flavor. The lady who answers the phone has good days and bad days. She could use a bit more training on what to say to customers. Things like delivery time and total are left off on a regular basis. I once used to come to this place from Clarks Summit because the brick oven pizza was so good. This was at the old location. Then they moved to the new spot and I worked at the power plant in jessup. The amount of food ordered from this job from there daily brought them a lot of business but it seems like it was at the cost of the pizza quality. I ordered 3 hoagies, one of which was an Italian hoagie that I had asked them to not put any sauces on, just meat, cheese, and veggies. They said it would be an hour, it was an hour and a half when it arrived AND the delivery guy handed me the food and stood a foot away from me while I signed the recipe with NO MASK. Then I get inside and open my hoagie to find it smothered in MAYONNAISE. If it was anything else I'd just suck it up, but I can't eat Mayonnaise. So I call them back and politely tell them that the order was wrong and didn't even complain about the lateness or lack of mask. The man proceeded to argue with me for over 5 minutes telling me that I didn't tell them no sauce and I was wrong and that if I wanted a new hoagie I could come get it myself. Then he tells me to order it slowly and like I'm talking to a baby so I can't mess it up. I've never been so disrespected by a restaurant in my life. I ended up telling him never mind and just hung up. If they are that disrespectful over the phone I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in my food over it. Well, I like Jessup Pizza. The pizza is very tasty and so are the salads. Many times we have ordered dinners from them including eggplant, chicken and shrimp, all very yummy with very large portions. We've been ordering for about 10 years and I see no difference between "old" and "new" location. The food is really good, the delivery is on time and the food was always hot. Such an absolute disappointment! From delivery to ownership.. I ordered pizza for my 3 year old daughter and her friend, asked for delivery.. When delivery guy dropped off my food, most of the cheese slid off my pizza... my daughter and her friend were so hungry that I gave each of them a slice of pizza... I called Jessup Pizza back to let the owner know about the situation and how I was displeased with his delivery guy.. and he said that the delivery guy is his son and I would have to return the pizza so he can give me a new one.. I told him how I gave my daughter and her friend a slice each, he told me he couldn't help me then..bad business! I got disgruntled and I told him I won't be ordering food from his establishment ever again nor will I ever recommend it.. his response.. "That's fine, I don't care...". For a business owner, a food establishment, none the less, say this to a customer means that's he doesn't care about rectifying any issues caused by their place of business and surely doesn't care about his business or customers! We order from this place at work at least once every week and they mess something up almost every time we order. When they don't mess up, they don't have what you want. Apparently they make certain food a day ahead and you get what they have left over. Their food is just okay. The lettuce in the salads is usually pink and wilted. The garlic knots are decent, but good luck getting them. They're usually out by 11:00 am. If we didn't order it from work, I would never eat at Jessup Pizza. read more

I tried the Sicilian last night. While the pizza was alright I've had better sauces. Their sauce is just bland. I ordered a Sicilian with half pepperoni on it. When I first called I ordered the pizza then was abruptly put on hold where another lady took the rest of my order. I was told it was 45 minutes. After waiting 1 hr 15 minutes I called back to find out where my order was. The lady told me it left a couple minutes ago and should be there any minute. After five more minutes the food finally arrives and it's a completely plain pizza. I just don't think it was worth 27 dollars read more

The specialty slices are decent and the vodka pizza (Sicilian) is good, but pricey. Actually, I've ordered it three times and each time it was a different price! I called in an order. I asked if they had a two tray special. Lady on the phone said 2 trays and an order of wings for 20.99.....I repeated the price because I thought that was low, I said 20.99, she said yes. I go in to pick up my order and lady behind the counter says that'll be 31.79. I asked about a 2 tray special and everyone in there started screaming at me. Another customer in the dining room told me to get the f^^^ out of here and quit causing trouble.
