I admit that the reception can be hard to open up to and tell the facts that I was referred by a…read morefriend whom covers insurances for a particular company which isn't Blue Cross PPO. I was very glad Kelly Woolworth referred me to this office, as I am back from Arizona to get better medical care than I received in small town Arizona . I am actually back on the street where my prior cancer care and surgery, chemo therapy, radiation, blood draws and Hematology happened, yet my surgeon had past away a couple years after doing my surgery in 2013 or was it 2016. The Hemotology Dr. left, Dr Longo was the only one still there, years passed and now he is also gone. I was thankful to get Annie StClaire, to give me her opinion and the proper exam needed to get an out of control bacterial infection under control and more. The office staff receptionist did stop and listen to my story, then got me in, to get Annie's Top Shelf attitude and care. It seems that the younger staff may lack the patience or time to really listen at first, but this time I got in and have a place that is familiar and still close, within walking distance versus different towns 60 miles away and back. The local nurse wasn't competent so I had suffered with bacterial infection for 8 months prior. Thank You Dr Mareeni Stanislaus, whom I never met, for your Staff, especially Annie!

This office is not for women with genealogical conditions. It might be fine for regular ob/gyn (or…read morethe endless cosmetic procedures they advertise in every inch of the office), but keep looking if you need significant care. Dr. Stanislaus did not believe Endometriosis was causing my symptoms but agreed to do a diagnostic surgery to rule it out. She was 90 minutes late to my pre-surgery appointment and rushed through the discussion in order to get to another patient's surgery. The day of my actual surgery, the authorization they wanted me to sign included multiple procedures we had not discussed, including ablating my entire uterus for a condition I don't even have. She said the was a mistake on the paperwork, but still pushed for me to have ablation on any Endo she found. I reiterated that I only wanted a diagnostic procedure and she was extremely patronizing, saying "I don't understand why you don't want to feel better." Unfortunately, I relented and consented to having the Endo ablated. She found significant endometriosis and removed it with ablation. When I went for my post- surgery appointment, she did not have any photos to show me because her staff had not requested them. When I went for my next regular appointment, the Nurse Practictioner asked me why I wasn't getting my Endometriosis taken care of - I told her Dr. Stanislaus had performed the surgery and she said, "Oh it's not on your chart." Now 3 years later I need another surgery in the same area of my body - either new growths or scar tissue, which is common with ablation. I will be having excision done by a more specialized surgeon, but neither Dr. Stanislaus or the surgery center is able to find the photographs for my original procedure. If you have serious gynecological needs, I do not recommend this practice. The doctor is almost always severely late and doesn't seem to be focused on patient care. It is a huge business, well advertised, but they seem more focused on selling cosmetic procedures than taking care of medical issues.
