I was so, so sick, and couldn't keep food down. I didn't want to go to the hospital, but I was desperately in need of hydration and some anti nausea, so decided to go here instead. Everyone was so courteous, friendly, and professional. I had a private, dark room where I could just relax, and was in the comfiest chair. I forget the name of who helped me, but he was so attentive and constantly checked in. I felt better within 30 minutes and was able to actually eat a few snacks after being so ill. The owners Doug and Hannah are incredibly knowledgeable and they both have great bedside manner. I visited while recovering from a stomach virus which completely depleted me of any energy. Due to being dehydrated after 5 days of the virus, I was given the immunity IV with added amino acids and Glutathione. Wow wow wow! Hanna and Doug are profound healers and professionals. I have been dealing with trips to the ER to get fluids and needed to find better management with the care. While searching every IV location was closed or had a very strenuous process to go through to be able to get care. Being on the verge of going to ER i needed help immediately. I found Hanna and Doug and they were so kind and willing to help immediately! They sent over paperwork to get process going and my IN HOME appointment was scheduled for the next hour. This was amazing to me and i felt so grateful. Even them being out in Paso they traveled to five cities and came to my rescue. It was an absolute pleasure to have them in our home and to have them help me. I know we will continue to see them regularly now because they are so amazing and so healing !! They chose a IV cocktail just for my needs after taking the time to really find out just what would be best for my body and healing. This was better than any of the ER visits I had and provided so many nutrients I had lost due to being sick. On the recommendation of family members, I scheduled an appointment after feeling run down and exhausted lately. I was treated by Hanna and she took the time to ask me about my complaints, symptoms, and get to know me a little bit before making a few recommendation. She explained the purpose of each cocktail and add-on and why she recommended each. As I was dehydrate, she was able to put the IV in my arm, but was able to put it in my hand. She was kind and showed compassion during the insertion process. I comfortably sat in a recliner for the duration of the bag of fluid. After I felt clearer and lighter.
