Number of banchan (side dishes) offered was minimal compared to what I'm used to in the States. My only complaint was the overpriced foods! I am not sure if they actually read my request for extra cheese and sauce on my delivery notes, but the Universe provided and it all turned out ok. The crust was crispy but not too dry, the ratio of toppings to crust was ideal, and all the toppings tasted nice and fresh. The only downside is they don't cut the pizza. Delivery was fast, but the guy didn't read any of my delivery notes to the driver explaining how to find my place. I guess he was in too much of a hurry? Also the tiramisu was transported in the insulated bag on top of the pizzas, so it melted a bit before it got here, and I'm sure the pizza also suffered a loss of heat as a result. I thought it was the driver's fault, but he blamed the restaurant. So at least he was good at covering his ass.
