I asked for 8am the first Saturday so I could be there to monitor and also get some errands done afterwards. They gave me a half hour window when their cleaning crew would arrive, 8-8:30. I set my alarm for 7:50 thinking I had time to pick up since obvious that meant they would get to my house at 8:30. They did not. At 8 on the dot there was a ring at my door and there were two smiling ladies who said they would be cleaning my house. They brought all their own, took off their shoes and started cleaning. I have two story townhouse with two bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths. It's not huge but it does take me about a good 4-5 hours to (half ass) clean it by myself. These two ladies finished in 2 1/2 to 3 hours and my house has never looked better. They are trustworthy and punctual and thorough. I think there whole team is absolutely amazing. There was one Saturday that one lady came by herself and I was a little worried because I thought she'd take much longer by herself but nope, finished everything up in a reasonable amount of time (3-3 1/2 hrs).
