I have also been asked to work last minute and shamed when I wasn't able to because I have children and have to find babysitting. The next time he hired me for work, he cancelled on me when I asked where I was supposed to go. He doesn't care about anyone else or their time, but he's great at looking like a fun guy to the parents. He made a little girl almost cry on Easter when he asked what she wanted (he has no sheet for ideas, and will make an intricate anime character if a kid asks) and she said "a bouquet of flowers" and he scolded by saying, "Everyone else is getting something simple like a sword, or a hat and you want a WHOLE bouquet of flowers?" Her mom had to step in to say, "well give her some choices." So he made her a single flower. I will never work for him again, and supporting him is supporting a greedy Jerk who actually doesn't care about children AT ALL.
