What can I really say about Jersey Mike's that hasn't already been said? I've hit up so many different locations, and every time I go, I try a different sandwich. Today I went with the #8 Club Sub. It's a cold sandwich with turkey, ham, provolone cheese, applewood smoked bacon, and mayo. And of course, I had it done Mike's Way, so you know it had that oil and vinegar with the spices, and yeah... it was amazing. The staff here was warm and friendly. I even asked the girl behind the counter if I could take pics while she made my sandwich. I told her I was doing a Yelp review and she smiled and asked, "Is it a good one or a bad one?" I laughed and said, "A good one, obviously." So if you're thinking about where to grab a good sandwich, come check out this spot. Cool staff, they know what they're doing, and I'll definitely be back soon. read more

I've enjoyed Jersey Mikes for many many years. I usually order the sub in a tub or aka salad with double meat. I placed a online pick-up order for the closest location with unfortunately was this one. I picked up the sealed bag and when came home, I couldn't believe my eyes. A pinch of $0.30 worth of lettuce and a few small pieces of turkey. More than half of the container was EMPTY. I called and spoke to a manager that explained, it was double meat just rolled up so I couldn't tell... Not true , I order the same item from 3 different locations and they were all the same... just this location makes it a different way ? Which may I add franchises of big chain restaurants are not allowed to alter the menu items, specifically cuttings portions in half. Instead of doubling , when a customer pays for double meat. The only thing that makes sense is that. It must have been opposite day at jersey mikes and nobody told me. It's truly unbelievable, the only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they apologized and refunded me. Not trying to be a salad Karen... but brah look at this ... read more

I like Jersey Mikes I just don't like this one. Consistently have gotten orders wrong, delivery incorrect and very late. Door Dashers prefer not to deal With them as they are never ready when they arrive. Yup, I'm done with the establishment. I have tried to speak With them but they don't seem to care. read more

2018 update: the sandwiches got smaller. See my pic of my hand next to their REGULAR (not the small) size sandwich. I love Italian Subs. I used to eat them with my Dad when I was a kid. I have them from all the local places, whichever is most convenient to my plans on any given day. This Jersey Mike's is fine. The food and the staff are fine. I should state that my company used to buy lunch for all of our employees for years. We stopped a couple of years ago. So I have had my share of subs from this location over many years. My only complaint about Jersey Mike's is that it seems to me that sometime in the past 2-3 years, the sandwich sizes got smaller. Significantly smaller. This being the only Jersey Mike's location that I have ever eaten at, I don't know if this is a location thing or a corporate decision, but I assume the latter. Regardless, it's a material issue to get less product for the same price. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - Thousand Oaks, California

Shoutout to this place because the food is always great, but today during a busy lunch they had some rude and loud guests and today's staff handled them very professionally, better than I could have in all honesty. Easy and quick for the kid - although for $9 a sandwich you sure can get more nutritious food. What grossed me out to no end though is that I ordered a small veggie sandwich to sit with the kids eating huge sandwiches- and the guy sliced my cheese right on top of the ham he had been slicing! Disgusting! So gross! They have the wherewithal to have gluten free bread but not a separate slicer for meat and cheese??? Seriously!!! Nasty!!! As a vegetarian who also would most definitely never eat pork even if I ate meat- that was a major turn off. I may still get the kids sandwiches here but I won't eat anything. read more

Fast, good price, delicious, and super friendly -- yes, yes, yes, and yes! I don't go often, but when I do, I get the Turkey & Cheese or the Tuna. Super fresh, great bread, and easy peasy -- meaning, in the mouth quick. There's a half dozen tables (which were empty at 1130am on a Friday). Call in your order for even easier and more convenient access to a great sub. Two sandwiches up. read more

Had a great experience at this location! Recently ordered lunch for the office and this was one of the easiest and quickest options for the last minute decision. Their web site made it super easy to customize each order. Once I went to pick the order I was pleasantly surprised by the care that was given by the employee behind the counter - she actually wrote the name on each sub - didn't expect that! Most of my experience with orders like this involved digging through a bag of sandwiches and guessing who's is who's. The ingredients were fresh and everyone was super happy with the food quality. Will definitely be ordering from there again! read more

Unenthusiastic employees with a high level of incompetence. How does a made to order sandwich place make your sandwich wrong? When I asked why my 10 dollar sandwich was 17 dollars I was told that's what I ordered and that is why was due. I had to call over a second person to double check that and found I was being charged for a giant sandwich though I was given and ordered a regular. Quality on food and employee has been falling more and more as a trend at this location. read more

I have visited this location a couple of times recently and I wanted to comment on the great customer experience. Whether it's through the phone or in-person, the employees here have treated me really nicely and they are so warm and welcoming. One employee in particular, Jon, really stood out to me. He was so nice when I came into the store last night, started a light conversation with me, and was just so polite and respectful. He is very easy to talk to and was super helpful in answering some questions for me related to local gyms (I'm newer to the area). I used to run customer experience for a technology company so this is something I really pay attention to when I'm out in public. This team is great and I look forward to returning again. read more
