This is the closest Jersey Mike's location to where I live. I was in the mood for a cold cut so came in to get my lunch here. Inside was pretty clean, but I was ordering my food to go so cannot attest to it completely. Didn't have to use the restroom. I was able to place my order quickly. It's nice that you can see the meats and the toppings while they are preparing your sandwich. The drinks and sizes are rather expensive and since I was going home, I chose not to purchase any there. This store continues to disappoint me. I have only had 1 maybe 2 experiences that were decent here. Not even good. But decent. In today's experience I ordered online and gave my husband the details to pick up for me. My order was supposed to be ready at a specific time. He went in at that time and they didn't start making the order until he asked for it. Keep in mind it was already paid for online. So no reason to not prep the food for my pick up time. Now he has to wait for the food to be ready. What makes matters worse is that the order was still wrong. All that time and you still give me the wrong thing?!?!?! I ordered a cold sandwich. Sandwich that is on promo and marketed as a cold sandwich. And they heated it up. The sandwich was thrown together and sloppy looking. I'm not even posting pics it was so bad. I order from a delivery app. Ordered two sandwiches and neither were marked/identified as which was which. I unwrapped the sandwich that was not meant for me. I highly suggest they note on the wrapper/brown bag sandwich orders. My tuna was tasty and just slightly wetter than I would like with added oil and vinegar. My husband placed an order online. We picked this particular location because it has always been good for us. Today not so much. We ordered Tuna subs. They were terrible! His was missing all the fixing he requested. My had the fixing, and yet it had too much mustard and mayo. I could have stopped for some French bread and made this myself. I'm new to the area and visited Jersey Mike's today to order a sub. Three people were inside working and they were all truly nice, friendly, helpful and professional. They are supposed to open at 10am. I tried to walk in at 1030 and the doors were locked. A young lady leisurely came to the door and looked at me. I asked if they were open and she said no. I would advise not coming to this location. read more

The location is clean and in a central location. The service is a bit slow but the staff are friendly. The gluten free bread isn't as fresh when they open it and sit it on the rack for the next customer. There has to be a better solution to the half's of bread.. read more

Where to begin!? The staff was rude, dismissive, unruly, disorganized, and so slow. There were 4 individuals working and only 2 customers waiting when we arrived. It still took over 30 minutes to get 2 subs (1 hot and 1 cold). They were all over the place... we asked about the sub a couple times as customers came and left. We were told it wasn't ready or they were working on it. After about 25 mins of waiting the girl we ordered from said "you guys didn't get your sub yet??" Then we had to reorder the hot sub because no one knew what happened to the original sub......? Despite ordering twice (requesting no tomatoes) we unwrapped the hot sub at home to find tomatoes ‍ The store was also a mess. There was food all over the floor behind the counter - onions, pieces of meat, trash, grease, etc. Yet no one working seemed to care to cleanup, despite having a lot of idle time between them. Oh and the employee running the register was sitting ON the food counter. On top of all that... during our outrageously long wait time an employee had a full blown, colorfully worded SCREAMING match with a customer!!! All over a plastic lid!? The woman at the register was giving all attitude, then called a customer a b***h for asking for a different drink lid. After that all hell broke loose. It probably would've turned into a physical altercation (instigated BY the employee) had she not been drug into the back by her coworker. We were SHOCKED at this demeanor and level of unprofessionalism Tonight we ended up getting dinner and a show! In the future we will definitely NOT be returning to this location. read more

The food is not the issue, the staff which appears to be run by the youth there, seems to need better supervision, these kids don't put there phones down to accomplish the task at hand , and the attitude you get when they make a mistake is unbelievable. I'll sadly not go back to this location. I thought this location as it's in the same shopping center as the Costco, Giant and Lowe's would be nice to visit and get subs. The table area where the sandwich are prepared were not cleaned after each customer. The blading machine that slices the meat was just as messy. Pieces of meat, bread crumbs, lettuce etc was all over. The servers that worked there looked very young and maybe it was busy before I walked in but there was a male customer behind me who actually was upset at the appearance and told the guy slicing the meat that he declined to eat there and that the food areas weren't cleaned properly to his liking and walked out. I ordered a club sub (giant) I asked for wheat bread, no cheese and as my sandwich was given to the young lady to dress up, I saw the provolone cheese and I informed her I asked for no cheese. She removed it. Then after she began to add on my toppings, she forgot the bacon. I waited long enough to see if she would check my ticket but then I realized the guy that took my order did not make note of my order and the lady had no clue what I ordered. So I kindly said, excuse me, the club sub says it comes with bacon... she said oh and added the bacon and wrapped up my sandwich. Disorganized. Rude. Slow. Unsanitary. Uneducated. I had a terrible experience at the Jersey Mikes in Owings Mills, Maryland. There were 5+ employees on the floor and just a couple of customers. I waited over 10-20 minutes after the time my online order was expected to be ready. While I patiently waited for my food, I watched an employee handle cash and credit cards with the same gloves to make the subs. Disgusting. I asked about my order and they gave me the wrong sandwich. Another employee from the back appeared and gave me an attitude as the 4 other employees sat and watched her make my order and loudly complained that they "don't need this job" right in front of me. When she was done, she asked if she "made them right" with an attitude, when she had the online order ticket right in front of her and then stormed off slamming an oven door. Awful service at the Jersey Mikes Subs in Owings Mills Maryland, the employees are rude and act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. Employees make jokes about how rude coworkers are to customers who are still in the store. This place was dirty, unorganized and very unprofessional. The manager has no control, the employees laugh out loud and snicker as she speaks. One employee asked me if I knew what time it was and said that if I wanted something I should hurry up before they closed. It was before 6:00 pm and the store closes at 8:00 pm. Go figure. This store stops taking orders about an hour before closing on any given day. So how long does it take to make a sub? My guess is that these young people must be family of the owner. Okay officially done, I ordered a mini turkey and cheese with chips and a soda. Walked to Jersey Mike's because it was a beautiful day and thought I'd get some exercise. They handed me a bag with chips and soda and I walked away. First mistake was that I didn't check the bag. Get home get on my conference call, pot lunch soda, open my chips and look on he bag. No sandwich, but I do have about 100 Jersey mile napkins. Smh moment. I'm on a conference call so I send my daughter with the receipt to tell the story, bring the napkins back and get my sandwich. I love Jersey Mike's! Food was delicious as usual, I got the original Italian! Staff is new but you have to start somewhere! Kind, polite and friendly. The only complaint I have is the speaker in the ceiling was directly over the order spot and THE MUSIC WAS WAY TOO LOUD. It's hard enough hearing muffled voices through masks, but not hearing what I would like on and with my order was bothersome.
