Very busy this afternoon around 5:15 many people ordered through the app including myself. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:21. But running so far behind not done until 5:51. They ran out of bread and telling customers that they had to have a wrap instead of a sandwich. My order was not correct as my sandwich had hot peppers on it and I couldn't eat it. Ordered from UberEats and they somehow got my entire order wrong! Ordered a cheesesteak with no onions and no peppers with rosemary bread and got regular bread with onions and peppers! Ordered a creme soda and got root beer. The only thing they got right was the cookies and the Italian sub with no tomatoes. How do you not follow instructions that are literally printed to you on the order screen? My food came almost an hour later and I was extremely disappointed. This location has good food and the staff always friendly which provides awesome service.

$17 for 2 medium sandwiches is spendy...also know as 'over-priced'. We saw the menu food items 'on line' but prices were not posted. The ad did state...on line order to view prices. We called our order in and asked the price. The staff who took our order said "I don't know...you'll have to find out when you pick up your order." Our order was ready for pick-up on time, the sandwiches (#5 Super Sub) were tasty but the price of $17 was out of line. read more

I don't usually eat sandwiches but I make an exception for Jersey Mikes. My favorite is the turkey with provolone and my husband gets the Philly cheese steak. They never disappoint. The service is fast and friendly and the food is excellent. Just go because you won't be disappointed. read more

Fist time in. Last time in. The place appeared spotless The counter help was very pleasant. I ordered a medium Italian - roll was too chewy & the cheese & meat had no taste. For my wife she had a medium roast beef which she enjoyed but agreed with me about the roll being too chewy. Bottom line is this. One of the best Jersey Mike's I've been to. The employees were fantastic! Worked quick to get our subs prepared and they tasted great. I don't think sub shops compare to Jersey Mikes freshness. It's a little pricier but I'll gladly pay it to get fresh cut deli meat on my sub. I'd say the prices are comparable to Publix subs. read more

Update, since my review most of the staff has been masking. However, the owner/manager (not sure which he is) does not mask, which is extremely disappointing. I used to live close to Tom River location back in 90s when first learned about Jersey Mike & since then I visited the location in Marietta, Georgia and as well as several of them in Florida. Worst sub ever. Could tell the guy who made it was the manager. He micro-measured everything. EVERY Jersey Mike's I've been to in 4 states puts 4 slices on meat on a Regular #13. Not this pinhead. Confirmed my suspicion at checkout. Never eat here again. read more

My favorite sub shop. The meat is cut when you get there and it's very good deli meat. The amount of meat on the subs is very generous as is the cheese. The rolls are fresh and delicious. This subs shop is hands-down the best. read more

Frankly it'll be a long time before I go back. We ordered two sandwiches one of them was grounded oil the other one had no seasoning. I've ordered from this establishment many times and usually it's okay. Today it was far from it. What I see is a franchise that doesn't care. Best place for subs, hands down. I was sick of all the sandwich shops and the stale bread and skimpy meat portions and then I found Jersey Subs. Bread is always soft, meat is fresh and the portions are perfect. The only problem is I want to have one every day! Not as good as subway and more expensive.The counterman did not have an off switch. I told him light lettuce and tomato and he piled it on I said salt and pepper and he drowned it in that. I do not recommend this location until they have better help. read more
