I was told it would be "4 minutes," but it actually took more than 12 minutes. At one point, my order was just sitting behind the counter instead of in the pickup area, and I had to flag someone down to ask if it was mine. Food was good as expected, but the lack of communication and unnecessary wait time made it a frustrating experience.
