I love Jersey Mike's food, but every time I go to this location, they avoid eye contact and clean nonchalantly without any efforts or urgency to help the guest. They say oh I'll be there in one moment and then take five minutes plus to clean and wipe down the counters. I get wiping down in between guest orders for sanitation however there were no guests before me and the man in front of me (who they also had waiting for longer because he was already there waiting to be serviced before I even came in!) It was almost like it was shift change and they cared more about their side work than helping the guests. I work in the service industry and never would I spend almost 10 min wiping down the meat chopping machine and wiping down the counters before servicing customers. I left before even being serviced. (the man in front of me wasn't helped yet either !) this is the third time with this location and i will never be back. I never leave reviews because I don't want to be entitled or rude but the lack of service needs to be noted here ! read more

The food here is always good and the service has always been reasonable. But today unfortunately I came in with my family and it took the staff 5 mins or more to just speak to us. Once I finally got me food my nephew order more than one sandwich and paid with cash and accidentally left his wallet at the counter. I crave these sandwiches. Many people I know agree with me. Try the rosemary bread with the Club Sub. But I do have to vent about why they always ask if I want my sandwich "Mike's way." That means adding vinegar and oil at the end which makes it wet. I pass, saying, "I'm not Mike. I want it my way." Then the sandwich person usually laughs. I have heard that many people love the hot sandwiches which include grilling the meat and veggies. I have tried those but keep returning to the crisp lettuce and stacked heaps of thinly sliced meat. Located in the Marq'E complex on the Silber side near Chick-Fil-A. There are even a few parking spots out front designated for quick in and out when you're just grabbing a sandwich to go. Sandwiches come in 3 size options. Bread looks full and freshly made. Unique to Jersey Mike's from other sandwich shops is that they put various oils in their sandwiches to add flavor. When you place a doordash order here you are not able to add special requests via the app.. if you do this at least answer the phone. when they first open on weekends they purposefully leave the phone off the hook and you get a busy signal no matter how many times you try calling. Jersey Mike's has finally opened along the Katy Freeway at Silber. Located in a strip center between a Dental office and a T-Mobil Store which rest outside the Marquee Center. The food is better than many fast food restaurants. The restaurant is clean as well as the restrooms. The gentleman who owns this Jersey Mike's Subs location (Brad) is currently working there himself to help his new staff learn the proper way to do things. Welcome to Spring Branch! Our favorite sandwich is finally close by. Tucked conveniently on Silber just north of I-10, the owners (Kim and Brad) and staff are super friendly and offer up all the yumminess of JM. For me and my husband, though, the #13 Mike's Way with red pepper relish is perfect. We split a regular and that is just the right amount for lunch. Since this location is so handy, we are considering branching out and trying their Rueben, but it is hard to imagine it being better than the #13...we shall see. read more

Firstly, I want to say that the food is good... but the service I received today was HORRIBLE. I went up to the counter thinking that they had specific menu items, but I was not educated on how their menu works prior to me coming here... on one of the items I didn't know that it was just mushrooms and no meat. The first girl informed me that it was indeed just mushrooms however the second girl by the grill started laughing and treating me as if I was stupid and didn't know anything and her and the first girl was having side conversations about what I was asking.. after that the first girl started rushing me to do my order when I wasn't done placing my order because I didn't place an order to begin with, when I finally made up my mind to place my order they did not ask me how I wanted my sandwich/wrap and they proceeded to make my order to rush me out the store... that failed because I waited 10 minutes or more for my order after I paid for the food. The guy at the register acted like he didn't want to give me a receipt because he knew I was frustrated but I asked for one anyways.
