So glad to have a Jersey Mike's in the area after discovering them in the Carolinas a few years ago. They have a great mix of hot and cold offerings and all sandwiches are made to order. I couldn't decide hot or cold so I'm classic fat guy fashion, I ordered one of each. A classic Italian mixed cold sub and a Philly cheesesteak hot. They offer regular and giant for sizes. Giant will feed two with ease. I went for the regular and the cold sub I got "Mike's Way" (lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar) the sandwich comes sort of wet but delicious. If you're trying to drive and eat, probably not a great idea. The philly is a traditional style cheesesteak and cooked fresh and tasty. Pricing is a bit high for a chain sub shop but worth every penny. Location is convenient in a plaza woth plenty of parking. Counter help was friendly but they were a bit slower than other JM locations. Not terrible but noticeable. Fountain drinks and bottles available and they even have cookies but you might not have room for them. You may find a better hometown privately owned deli but for a chain sandwich shop, these guys are King. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - Glenmont, New York

I ended up here after a walk during lunch. I figured I would give it another try. They do have some bread choices now so I chose a regular sized turkey with Swiss cheese. I did not get any of the fixings, which are still extremely limited. Still the same with food everywhere and that same slicer used to slice everything from cheese to meat. The woman in front of me got a turkey so I was safe. The bread was fresh, the turkey was sliced fresh and the Swiss cheese was sliced fresh, although paper thin. The prices have gone up since I've been there last. A little over $11 for a "regular". It was good. The service was friendly and quick. read more

Yikes. I've ordered 3 times through the app and each time our order has been wrong. One time I walked in and it was quite busy, but the other two, it was not. This last time my daughter ordered a buffalo chicken sand and got a steak and cheese. We have ordered through the app at multiple locations and never had a problem but this location is really awful. Not sure we'll order here again. Just sucks as it's the closest one to our new home. read more

Service was very warm efficient welcoming and friendly! The food was awesome! It was my first time eating at one of these locations and I'm very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food! The facilities are clean spacious and inviting. read more

Great customer service amazing food quality. Cleanliness of the establish is fabulous! Beautiful location easy parking!

I always have a good experience at this location, my sub wether hot or cold is always made in a decent time and always fresh and juicy. Fresh toppings and always get it mikes way it's the only way read more

Wish I could give no stars. Don't order online or through app. Always have the phone off the line so you can't even call. User busy. It's going on 2 hours and order isn't even confirmed. Have no idea what my food is doing or if there are people even working at the store. They probably took the phone off the hook and just locked up and left for the night to get paid an hourly wage without working. read more

Best jersey mikes ever never had a problem with getting my food. Always efficient service and very clean.

Rude. I got notified it was ready at 4:34. I'm here at 4:46 and the girl is all in a tizzy that I'm confused about where my order is. I got the sandwich and it was supposed to have no onions, add jalapeño, sub wheat bread. It had onions, no jalapeño, and it was on white bread. Lame. Won't be back. read more

This location is horrible. I decided to give it another chance. Placed my online order and got a confirmation with my credit card charged. I get there to pick up my food and they are "out of bread"....you're a sub shop, but whatever. I'm a points member and you had my phone number. No one could've called to let me know that? Also, I walked in and the girl said...are you a pickup? Yes, I said. We have no bread and dismissed me. Uh....I paid for my order? Helloo? Every time I go to this location they are rude or get a simple order wrong. I'll stick to the Rensselaer location. read more

Best sub i ever had! Made with care and talent every time! Best find ever! I dont know what they do but i have found no others that even come close read more

This place is simply incapable of getting a Grubhub order correct. Last week forget the peppers and onions on a steak sandwich with peppers in onions. After the poor driver set there for 35 minutes waiting Tonight, forgot the brownie. My wife complained. Then I got home and found out they forgot the bacon on my #8 CLUB sandwich. But since she already complained, we couldn't complain again. Not sure we will order from them again. read more

I ordered online. Everything went through fine. They said they couldn't fine the order I already paid for. 20 minutes later they found my order but didn't have the drink item I asked for. So I called and they refused to answer the phone. If this was the first time I'd let it slide but this kind of thing happens here all the time. Also ordered with out mayo... allergic to mayo. It has mayo read more

Service sucks! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub, opened the sub when I got home, it had no bacon substituted with ham, sub was ice cold. Brought the sub back to the store and was told that I was notified that it didn't have bacon, not true because I wouldn't have bought it. Don't go to the store in Glenmont New York, management and all other workers are rude and you won't get what you order. read more

Don't bother ordering online. Already a 45 minute wait via the app and order not even started when arrived at the store. Do better. read more

What's the point of the gloves? They handle cash and your sandwich with the same gloves. I'm thinking that's not the way it works.

Meh. No thanks. The food is edible, but I'd rather go for something less greasy. Yes, I know it's basically just souped-up fast food, but the amount of drippy saucy cheesy greasiness is a little overwhelming for me. Also, during my most recent visit, I witnessed the staff transferring lettuce FROM the cutting board (i.e. fallen from recently made sandwiches) TO the lettuce container rather than into the discard bin. Meh. No thanks. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Chipotle cheese steak. They got the order wrong (should have been a chicken cheese steak), and it was a bit skimpy on the meat. - Sandwiches Near Me - Glenmont, New York

First off they took about 20 minutes and there were 2 people in front of me. The employees were very lackadaisical. The other HUGE problem were the flies. DOZENS of flies and they were landing right on the subs. I stood by shooing them from MY sub, but I mean COME ONNNN. Kill the fucking flies, there are 4 of you and flies didn't seem to matter. At 20 bucks for a foot long regular sun, it should be free of flies. Sub was delicious, but the damage was done.... As am I at this location. Disgusting. read more

Food was good but the workers were terrible no hello or recognition...we tried to order but the one guy had ear buds in and the other one didn't know what was going on then we went to pay no hello or anything from her I had to ask for a receipt I will go to subway before I go there again for 3 people 43.00 ... read more

Love, love this location.subs are always ready when I go in for pickup and the workers always greet me with a smile. They don't skimp on the fillings like so many other sub shops do. We look forward to picking them up every week after grocery shopping. 10/10 Fran H read more

I had a very bad experience at this shop and with this brand. Customer service is horrible. It took me more than 1 hour to get my sub because they kept having trouble with their credit card machines and didn't know how to fix it or who to call to fix it (or were unwilling to call someone). I called the corporate office (talked with a lady named Kerry) to tell them about it and they said that they couldn't help me... They said because it's a franchise only the owner of the store can help me... But that there was no way for me to contact them (So basically the usual corporate game where they set up their bureaucracy in such a way that they are unreachable and unaccountable... With the hope that you just go away). But Carrie did say that she would tell the owner of the store to call me. He never did so I called back corporate 3 weeks later and they apologized and said they would again contact the owner of the shop and tell them to call me... But once again The owner weaselled out from calling me. To make a long story short... If you want to buy some food and get in and out and on your way this is not the place to go and there is no recourse if there is a problem with the service/food. read more

The Buffalo chicken sub is advertised that it's made with Frank's Redhot. I would like to know what brand they are actually using. Sub was bland, sauce was def not Frank's, chicken overcook slightly. I got the huge size and it was mediocre and they skimped on the veggies. I can't speak for the cheesesteaks or cold subs but u was not happy with my overpriced sub. read more

The workers at Jersey Mike's are the best! Every time I've gone in, I've left in the best mood thanks to their great attitudes and friendliness. 10/10 customer service! read more

This spot is so accommodating and welcoming. As busy it was, with lines extending all the way to the entrance, the three staff members really got things done quickly with a positive attitude at the same time. Will come back and highly recommend. read more

Needs a major overhaul. Counters, floor, utensils and meat cutter nasty. Our subs were missing some major ingredients. Overcharged but we caught it. How many don't? Staff acted like they were doing us a big favor by waiting on us. We eat at Jersey Mike's all over in the US. This is the worst one we've ever come upon. read more

Pretty good subs, but hilariously expensive. We ordered basic subs in the "giant" size (12") and they cost us like $12+ each. OK, not the end of the world -- but imagine you were feeding five people. Do you really expect to drop $60 to $70 on a Jersey Mike's run? No, me neither. Somebody mentioned Cardona's in another review, where you'll get awesome sandwiches for several dollars less. Much better idea. Jersey Mike's? Fuggetabout it. read more

This is a review for Janell. I hope I have her name right. She was working the noon hour on Tues Feb 18. I like Jersey Mikes. But this is a sub place and can be interchanged with most other sub places. The lunch crush was on. I entered as 6th in line and when I left the line was about 12 people. There were 3 workers, but Janell was doing about 75% of the work. She spoke up, looked at you, took your order, made your sandwich, trained the new girl on making a hot sub, worked fast but efficiently, and said THANK YOU as she handed you your sub. You could have cloned the other 2 workers and still not had them doing as much or giving as much service as Janell. Please give her more money or someone should come poach her away for a service job. read more

Absolute Crap! Not worth the $15/sub. Also, when I asked if they have anything to drink but soda, the idiot behind the counter says, "yes, everything in that refrigerator" and points to an EMPTY REFRIGERATOR!!!! I said, you mean the empty one, and she says "yeah, look at that, I guess we have nothing else. The tables were also a complete mess. Looks like laziness is the prime policy here! Will never go back!!! read more

My wife and I decided to give Jersey Mike's a try. We both had their #7, which is a Turkey sub with provolone. They asked us if we wanted it Mike's way, which is with oil, red vinegar and their special spices... We dud have them Mike's way but invited mayo to the party. The subs were tasty but pricey. A full size sub is over $12.00. They come in three sizes small, reg and large. It was good and I will go again. I just know that it's gonna cost me. Given the choice, I'll take Debellas over Jersey Mike's every time. But that review is for another time... Spoil alert, it will be a positive one. read more

Hi, it's me again. I stopped in here for the first but not last time tonight. I ordered the Original Italian, giant size. Hey, I'm 6'6" 244 lbs there's a lot of me to fill up. The staff was friendly, the service was swift and the sub was tasty and unlike my wedding night I have no complaints. I shall return. My boyfriend and I went to Jersey Mike's he likes it I'm not too fond about it they have poor Quality Meats it's cheap it doesn't taste good. I thought they were known for fresh good meats. We ordered two tuna subs on Grubhub that were supposed to have the works. Instead, we got the wrong bread, and a little tuna with a few peppers. No tomato, onion, dressing, mustard, onions, etc. etc. Ended up being $60 for two rolls with some tuna on it. When I called to ask about it, they denied ever getting the order. So I called every location and they all denied getting the order, despite the receipt being from one of them. A dishonest business. read more

Not only is it ridiculously expensive, but the size of the "mini" sandwich, should be "microscopic". There are very few choices for sandwich toppings (lettuce, tomato and I believe onion, and salsa). No choice of bread. Will NEVER go there again. Go to Subway across the street, where you have many more choices. read more

Very disappointing. My husband and I could not wait until this place opened. I ordered the reubon, the meat was extremely salty. My husband ordered a roast beef sub although the roast beef was rare as he likes it had no flavor. I don't mind paying more for quality but, our subs were less than quality and the prices are extremely high for the sub. For a "regular" size sub which is a 6 inch we paid over $18.00 for 2. We won't be returning. We will chalk it up as a lesson learned and stick with "quality" subs at affordable prices at Cardonas in Albany. read more

Im a fan of Jersey Mike's. Yes its more expensive than pretty much any other sub chain or mom n' pop place. Yes their red wine "vinegar" has a bit of a koolaid vibe to it. Yes they drown your sandwich with said "vinegar" and olive oil when you order it Mike's Way but thats what makes it delicious. Also the coldcuts are sliced fresh for your sandwich so they are moister and not dried out. I always get a #11 with no ham, Mike's way minus the onions. Staff was efficient and this restaurant was clean. read more

I went opening day and waited in line for almost 20 minuets. There was a head manager walking in the line taking people's orders for hot subs to get them ready faster- which i thought was a smart technique however it did not speed up the line at all. I looked at there Pepsi Display bottle cooler and it was completely empty even though there was more than 10+ employees on. My sub was good other then that i ordered extra mayo and it didn't taste like there was any on at all, and not to mention there was a ton of lettuce, and i did not order this sub Mike's Way with the red vinegar oil and seasonings but i could still taste it on my sub because the cutting board was dripping in red vinegar from the previous subs. The food isn't necessarily the reason why i give this Jersey Mikes 2 stars though, it's mostly the pricing. The Subs range anywhere from 5" to 7" to 15" and i was splitting the sub with someone so i got a 15" sub. when i was told my total was $18.06 for just one sub i thought okay that's a little pricey but then when i went to go swipe my card they immediately ask you if you want to add a 20% tip to your total... why would i want to pay $18 for a sub with barley any mayonnaise and a ton of lettuce with reminisce of dressing on the bread from the last sub?? and then give you a 20% tip on top of that..? no thank you. read more
