When leave I have to wait for 5mins in order to get the car out since there are cars waiting right infront of my car and there are car infront and behind. There is a parking lot right across and street parking too, and I think it would be much easier then park in their lot during their busy times.

I had a great experience at Jersey Mike's in Cypress! I want to give a special shout-out to Chase for providing outstanding customer service. He was incredibly patient with me and my children, genuinely friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was very clean, and the entire team was attentive to our order, making sure everything was just right. It's always refreshing to receive such great service, especially when dining with kids. Jersey Mike's never fails to deliver, and this visit was no exception.
