Stopped in to get a bacon and cheese sandwich... About four pieces of bacon and not even melted cheese.. And when I went up to the register. And she said $5.50. I was like wow.. The girl to register says if you don't like it go somewhere else.. I guess she's priming me for work today.. She says how do you know if there's not 30 pieces of bacon on that sandwich? I said that would be nice , she goes well there's not... What a bitch.. I guess this will be the last visit here. read more

The staff isn't the friendliest but they have a killer pork roll egg and cheese sandwich! Perfect location for a convenience store and it is family owned. I've also gotten cold cuts from here which were great, just a little on the pricier side. read more

I have been going in & out of this business for the last few months. Not only has the service been great, especially the young man in the deli side, but everything i have ordered from the deli has been delicious, perfectly prepared to my liking. He makes the best pork roll amongst other things, quick & I've never had to wait to long. All the people working there are good, but if you want great service with a smile, go see that guy in the deli. You won't be disappointed! read more

Only reason to go here is their .99 coffee which is just ok. Except for their Friday morning cashier who is friendly, the rest of the staff is nasty and acts like they are doing you a favor for being open. I only go here for breakfast on Friday now. And only for a coffee and roll so I don't deal with the rest of the nasty staff. read more

One thing I noticed was an additional charge for sauces. I asked about it, and they explained that all their sauces are made in-house, which is why they charge $1 per sauce. Honestly, that makes sense when they're homemade. Now the star of the show for me was actually the drink. After looking over the menu a bit more, I decided to try the LA Metro coffee drink with almond milk. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but for $5.99, I have to say it was really good. Definitely something I'd order again. I also want to mention the customer service. The girl working at the counter was extremely nice -- probably some of the best customer service I've had in a while. She didn't rush anything, answered my questions, and was very professional and friendly. I asked about the specials, the cakes they offer, and even whether they were doing a St. Patrick's Day platter, which they are. Overall, it was a really good experience. Good food, great drink, and excellent customer service. I'd definitely recommend stopping by Taylor Sam's if you're in the area.
