The taco truck is adjacent to O'reillys Auto Parts. They have a nice covered area to sit at so you can enjoy your tacos outside and often play really good classic Latin music on loudspeaker's. This food truck is basically a brick oven and a grill on the back of an old pickup. It looks cool and tastes even better! The place is run by a family from Sunnyside. The son and main chef, Chris, went to culinary school and then came back to work at their family pepper farm and start doing some catering. This has blossomed into a truck that cooks based on what comes from their farm and the surrounding farms - true farm to you cuisine. At a fundraiser at Bale Breakers, they were serving chicken tacos with a cherry salsa and masa tortillas. It may have been the best taco we've ever tasted. The chicken was grilled nicely, the bing and rainier cherries gave it some tart and sweetness, to which they added some heat and the masa tortillas was brilliantly done! Just firm enough to hold everything but soft enough that you were fighting it for the inside. It looked pretty and tasted even better. We're excited to check this place out again soon, maybe for one of their dinners out at the brewery!
