Jaime the salesperson insisted on showing us 2 other RVs first that we said we weren't interested in before showing us the one we were there for. Finally, during the tour, the sales manager came out and told us the RV we wanted had been sold 15 minutes ago from another location. We were suspicious. Five days later now and the vehicle is still on their website. The same salesperson then responded to an email inquiry from my friend saying it was still available. They are obviously using the advertised low price to get buyers in the door then trying to sell them other vehicles. Stay away from any business that is so deceitful!

We later found out they "forgot" to take off multiple charges for parts/labor etc. that added $200+ to the bill. We also later found out they quoted us almost $400 over the cost it would be for parts for the water heater. They never called or kept in contact with us. And now I'm currently sitting in my DEAD RV in the parking lot trying to jump it myself. What happened to those batteries they were supposed to fix? I would not suggest using their services. 0/10

Our new Renegade was not only washed, full of fuel but stocked with a case of water, beer, a bottle of wine and some essentials (TP, paper towels and antibacterial pump soaps in the bathrooms)!! It was such a pleasure to deal with the Jacobs . . . they genuinely care about their customers. They went over everything (and there is a lot) they were also readily available for phone calls during our travels home. We had an issue with the steps and Brad had new ones ordered and ship directly to our home. They arrived before we did! So I took it to a patriot authorized dealer and they told me chat all the parts that central body was telling me were not factory that they were in fact factory. So I decided to take it to a trailer frame shop who told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my trailer. Central body cost me my walleye fishing trip not to mention the pain and anguish I went through thinking my trailer was junk. Come to find out they just jacked the trailer up in a nonload bearing spot total ignorance on their part. I would not have them do any work to any thing I own.

We had body damage, hydraulic lines broken, electrical on our slide out, as well as a bent axle. The earliest we could get into anyplace for just an estimate was over a month. Central Body got us in the very next day. They would have had the work done in a couple of weeks if not for the insurance company which delayed things horribly. Thank God for Brittani, their service writer. Brittani stayed on the insurance company and kept us informed all along the way. In regards to the actual repairs, the estimate was very thorough they found some issues we did not know about and got on the repairs as soon as approvals and parts were in line. I cannot tell there was any damage at all. I cannot say enough positive things about my overall experience with Central Body.

The camper was way over priced at $250 a night and it wasn't in a great condition. One of the bathroom faucets and one kitchen faucet didn't work. The camper was VERY dirty! It was clear they didn't clean it properly and you'd think with COVID they'll do a better job when it comes to leaving their customers a clean sanitized camper! The people before us checked out at 1pm and we received the camper at 3pm. Again, I'm sure there is COVID protocol they should've followed but it's all about money and convenience to them! When I told them how ditry the camper was she was only concerned if the floor was clean! No apologies or anything, just worried about the floor probably because it was the only thing that was "clean" in the camper.

They came out and handled the fresh water refill and waste water pump out. They dropped the camper right were we asked them to, and when we were done we left the camper on the beach.
