When I dropped the car off I came back from goodwill to see that they never took the car to the back. Guy apologized said he got busy... okay man (same guy forgot to let techs know to reset transmission light) so I wait a bit longer and basically they told me they need to order a new part for the NEW code that's being displayed on their code reader. They said they would call back and no one ever called back about ordering a part and getting our vehicle in. Our Ram truck has less than 20,000 miles and still on warranty. They are forgetful, delay in ordering parts and communicating with their customers . I'd rather drive to the Omaha dealership then put up with this one
