The next morning, I started calling repair shops at 7:00 am. We were lucky that Whitaker's answered (I can't remember the owners name but I think it was Jeff). He arranged to have our car towed from the hotel to his shop, repaired it at an honest price, picked us up at our hotel in his own car, drove us back to his shop and got us back on the road (to WI) within the time frame he promised. After…read more2 hours of blowing hot air we knew we had to get it fixed because it was too hot, so I looked up Kim's Auto Repair and called the guy. He said he was busy but could take a look. After he inspected the A/C and did some tests, the A/C started working again. He really knows his cars and explained he thinks the switch to the A/C was getting stuck. I paid for all the warrenty's they had to offer and I still had to pay for them to check my codes. I took it in today finally and they said it would be there all day, when I asked for a loaner I was told they had none to offer me as the man Infront of me got the last one they had (weird he drove away in a brand new truck with dealer tags not the courtesy cars they use) but he knew everyone in there by first name...i called my step daughter who happens to work for this dealer and guess what!? I got offered a loaner to use! I shouldnt have to call and complain before I get offered a service that I was told would be available to me when I got all the warranty's when buying my car! so frustratin. I haven't gotten my car back yet today and I can only imagine what they will tell me is wrong now after driving it for two years ‍
