We purchased a used vehicle from Cornhusker Nissan. The car itself is very lovely and I have had no…read moreproblems with it. The purchase came with free oil changes and tire rotation. I took my car in for an oil change after making an appointment. The service technician soon had me come and look at filters that supposedly came from my car, air filter and cabin filter. The air filter was nearly black from oil, and the cabin filter had been mangled enough while taking it out for inspection that it would need replacing. I asked how it got that way and was told it was like that already. I don't believe either filter actually came from my car, because if it had, that meant no one checked the filters before I purchased the car. The car had 13000 miles on it at the time of the oil change. The car had never used a drop of oil as the condition of the filter indicated. I also had them check my tire as there was a recent slow leak. The service tech then showed me a picture on his phone, with a dot indicating a nail in the tire, with a box drawn around it in grease pencil. He told me because this nail was in the sidewall of the tire it could not be repaired, and because of the wear on the tire, and because it was an AWD vehicle I needed to replace ALL 4 TIRES. At this point I told him no, as I was not going to do that. I took it to our regular tire guy who after looking it over thoroughly did not find a nail at all! The leak, he determined had been caused by a faulty seal on the bead. They have a VERY untrustworthy service department!

I was having a problem with a leaky air shock and I was having trouble finding someone to fix it…read more Another RV repair person recommended this guy, Noah Kowal and when I talked to him I knew right away he was the right guy for the job. First of all, the idea of a mobile RV repair service where they come to you is brilliant. Secondly, a problem like a leaky air shock mean you don't really know if it's completely and totally fixed until some time goes by and it still holds air and Noah was OK with that. He came out again it turned out there was a slow leak in the line to the other air shock which he fixed and then kept to his estimate for fixing the one shock. I didn't have to leave the RV at some shop for days, I never needed a ride home and I never had to deal with a cranky RV repair person who would would much rather be working on simple, straight forward "replace a part and your done" problem. Overall, a great experience. Noah is very pleasant and competent. I have already used him for another job involving a water leak and I'll be definitely using him again. I cannot recommend him enough.
