My experience with Red-10 RV has been mixed, but unfortunately, the negative aspects far outweigh the positive.
The most recent issue involved being billed for a charge that was never disclosed in advance. I never signed a work order or agreed to the charge verbally, so I refused to pay. When I received a certified bill from them six months ago, I immediately contacted the manager to inform her that any further communication regarding this charge would be considered harassment. I also noted that they had no documentation showing I ever authorized the charge.
Despite this, I just received notice from a collection agency regarding the same charge. This came six months after the fact. I want to be clear: I genuinely like the manager and found her personable, but the ownership is, in my opinion, unscrupulous.
They are fully aware that the charge was neither disclosed nor authorized. They know the debt is uncollectible due to lack of any supporting documentation. Yet they persist in pursuing it.
In addition to this situation, I have found their prices to be excessively high, the quality of their workmanship to be subpar, and their overall professionalism to be lacking. Most concerning of all is what I perceive as a highly unethical business model.
I cannot recommend this business. In fact, I urge others to steer clear. Stay far, far away. read more
