We purchased a used vehicle from Cornhusker Nissan. The car itself is very lovely and I have had no…read moreproblems with it. The purchase came with free oil changes and tire rotation. I took my car in for an oil change after making an appointment. The service technician soon had me come and look at filters that supposedly came from my car, air filter and cabin filter. The air filter was nearly black from oil, and the cabin filter had been mangled enough while taking it out for inspection that it would need replacing. I asked how it got that way and was told it was like that already. I don't believe either filter actually came from my car, because if it had, that meant no one checked the filters before I purchased the car. The car had 13000 miles on it at the time of the oil change. The car had never used a drop of oil as the condition of the filter indicated. I also had them check my tire as there was a recent slow leak. The service tech then showed me a picture on his phone, with a dot indicating a nail in the tire, with a box drawn around it in grease pencil. He told me because this nail was in the sidewall of the tire it could not be repaired, and because of the wear on the tire, and because it was an AWD vehicle I needed to replace ALL 4 TIRES. At this point I told him no, as I was not going to do that. I took it to our regular tire guy who after looking it over thoroughly did not find a nail at all! The leak, he determined had been caused by a faulty seal on the bead. They have a VERY untrustworthy service department!

Jaime the salesperson insisted on showing us 2 other RVs first that we said we weren't interested in before showing us the one we were there for. Finally, during the tour, the sales manager came out and told us the RV we wanted had been sold 15 minutes ago from another location. We were suspicious. Five days later now and the vehicle is still on their website. The same salesperson then responded to an email inquiry from my friend saying it was still available. They are obviously using the advertised low price to get buyers in the door then trying to sell them other vehicles. Stay away from any business that is so deceitful!
