I've been a loyal client for about two years, but unfortunately, since new ownership took over…read morewithin the past year, my experience has gone significantly downhill. The blowouts are extremely inconsistent, and many of the stylists genuinely need additional training on how to properly perform a blowout without leaving your hair looking like a frizz ball. When you're paying these prices, you expect a professional, polished result. Customer service has also become incredibly frustrating. Appointments are canceled at the last minute VIA TEXT, and then when you respond, you don't even receive a reply. Who does that? There seems to be very little respect for the customer's time or schedule. Even the shampoo experience is disappointing. More than half of the stylists barely massage or scrub your scalp when washing your hair, which leaves you questioning whether your hair is even truly clean before the blowout begins. And let's be clear, the pricing isn't cheap. At this price point, customers should be receiving consistent results, quality service, and basic communication and respect. After being a loyal customer for two years, it's incredibly disappointing to watch the quality and customer service decline this much.

Yes, they do men's hair, but not beards (which was my inquiry). The very kind and enthusiastic staff gave me a suggestion as to who does do beards, and also offered to show me around this new salon, and it is very warm, welcoming, and beautiful inside. They encouraged me to tell my wife to come down and check out their new digs and see what services they offer. Very cool, very nice place ... Cheers!

It wasn't an overall terrible experience but not what I hoped for with the price. Update to original review- I received communication from salon's manager and discussed situation…read more Was asked if I asked the difference in pricing between two inspo pictures. I did ask and was told there was no difference in pricing. Which is why I obviously chose the service. She promised a phone call after a meeting. Unfortunately there was a personal emergency with a staff member and the phone call didn't happen. The stylist did call me and offer a credit to my account. Which I was not what I asked for because I did ask before services were rendered because of price difference. I feel that a cut/color with a short pixie should not cost $250. Way over budget than the original quote. I asked to speak to you Tina, but was never given that opportunity. What also stands out to me is the other reviews of customers with much longer hair and color services paying way less than what I paid for. This was definitely a one and done experience. Next time, please communicate better and with precise details. Nobody should ever have to feel the way I have.
