I enrolled in the $32.99 monthly plan with the expectation that the services advertised would be consistently delivered. This constitutes a clear agreement between provider and customer. Unfortunately, the equipment issues have become persistent. Brushes, soap applications, and dryers frequently malfunction. During my most recent visit, the top brush before the rinse cycle was completely inoperative, leaving the hood and roof unclean. Additionally, the recurring timing issue with the wax and rinse cycles continues to leave soap residue on the vehicle. After utilizing a competitor's wash, it became evident how far the service quality here has deteriorated. I request that these recurring equipment failures and service deficiencies be addressed promptly.

She did not receive that service today. I did not get the man's name, but he was so incredibly rude, and pushy with his upsale. He interrupted her, and negged her so many times, I stopped counting after the 5th time. My wife is not a confrontational person, she kept repeating she could not afford a 39$ car wash, and all those attempts were met with snide comments. At one point he even said "make it make sense" when she once again explained she couldn't afford a 39$ car wash. Times are hard. Not just us, but everyone. I would hope after someone explains they simply can't afford a service they wouldn't bully someone into buying something they can't afford. I wish I could write out all the passive aggressive (and flat out aggressive) comments he made towards her but like I said, I actually stopped counting after 5. I will be reviewing this location on Yelp as-well

It consistently does a poor job of actually cleaning my car and has left significant scratches, swirl patterns, and even small dents. The "free amenities" are also rarely clean or properly stocked. My car is often left streaked, with dust still covering the wheels. And don't even get me started on the front grill. It stays covered in bug residue, with seemingly no effort made to get it even 10% cleaner. For the price, I expect my car to come out cleaner than when it went in, not with new damage and the same dirt still on it. Very disappointed with the quality and overall experience.

I've washed my car and so many Self wash places and this one by far is the best. Nowadays, everyone wants to charge for everything but here, not only can you get a wash and vacuum, but you also have the opportunity to use their microfiber towels, their multipurpose Spray, and their window spray! Not to mention they also have a floor mat cleaning station that's also for free! I mean, who offers that with their car wash at no additional cost? Needless to say, I'll be back!
