I'm not typically the person to voice my concerns in the form of reviews, but i'm left with little other choice now but to warn others to stay away. For starters, my family has done business here for three generations. Since it was Lewis motors, thunder bay dodge, etc. So i figured it was a safe bet to buy a new car here as my grandfather, parents, and siblings have before me, and that i would be taken care of and sold a reliable vehicle. Boy, was I wrong. Long story short, I purchased a Ram 1500 with 37k miles, and it wasn't exactly cheap for a 28 year old these days. Said truck is now essentially a lemon, it is unreliable, starting when it wants to, locking doors when it wants to, including when the keys are in the ignition and even remote starts itself at random! What fantastic features! Now after my last service visit, they didnt find the issue, but instead insisted i needed a new A/C compressor or the truck should not be driven, and now a week later I have another check engine light, and the truck randomly gets locked in neutral and refuses to shift gears. This is all after owning it for only four months. The only plus I can say is they brought the cost down on the compressor for me, but it was still not cheap, and was not even the main problem plaguing the truck. All in all, the truck is riddled with problems and codes that the dealer can't, or won't, find solutions to. So here I am, with a nearly useless thirty two thousand dollar hunk of metal. My rusted out 1989 Dodge Ram Prospector runs better than this P.O.S. McInerny sold me. If I wanted a unreliable junker I would have bought one for 2,500 bucks off the side of US-23. And even that would have been less of a headache than this thing. For the price I paid, zero reliability, and no recourse offered there's clearly something not right with how these people do business. Talk about honesty and integrity to customers. Give me a break. I feel bad for other younger buyers like myself, looking for a nice car from a dealership for once, only to get totally screwed in the end and left to figure it out on their own dime. Sadly, this dealer is no longer reputable or honest, and myself and the rest of my family will never do business with them again after 20 plus years. Save yourself the time, financial hardship, and headaches and go to literally any other dealership. Thanks for nothing.
