My primary care physician sent me to Epiphany because I could get in fast. I have what is suspected to be something vascular. I have a loud livedo racemosa pattern which Mary ignored. A year old painful lesion Mary called "normal" and skin extrusions as long as my palm that Mary called "a little keratin plug". No maam. Not from my lip. Any push back or questions were met with hostility. Mary refused to do the test my primary care physician requested to see if the obviously necrotic lesions were from damaged small blood vessels Mary accused me of drug use and picking at myself in front of my 15 year old non verbal autistic son. Just because he doesn't speak doesn't mean he can't hear. He is scared to death and kept putting my car keys in my hand and using his communication device to tell me to go back. This is not care. She unnecessarily performed a procedure on me, and all procedures carry risk, that any physician would know was the incorrect procedure. Mary also gave me Urea cream for skin damaged by poor blood flow. That could further irritate compromised skin and lead to infection because my skin barrier is failing. Attached are images Mary thinks are "little keratin plugs" and lesions Mary thinks are "normal". My physician begs to differ. So will Medicare. Yes. You got a Medicare patient presenting rare but documented skin issues that don't point to drug use or picking.

Help desk everywhere with accommodating employees. Clean, brightly lit, visible signage. There's a gift shop and food shops.Had a 55 minute wait in waiting room for dermatology and then an additional 20-25 in patient room. Dr appointment was only about 14minutes. My vitals weren't taken. Weight, bp, nothing. I've never experienced that at a dr appt. $40 copay too. Not the best experience, I expected better by the google reviews. Better rating if hadn't waited 85 minutes for 14 minute.

She had a folder of all the information we were going to cover on services and pricing so I could focused in taking this all in. We took our time on the tour looking at each room and getting information on how to utilize under a spa pass, monthly membership or annual membership. There is a gym, a cafe, even an area to bring your laptop or books to have a quite space in a relaxing environment. On our tour we were even able to discuss the micro needing and Anteage with one of the technicians. Big fan of the salt rock and cryo offered. I have had great benefits from both of those services over the course of my lifetime. I.was so impressed after the tour I booked a facial for 1/26 and am looking forward to seeing how this compound can fit into my new world. Went here on Monday for a spa day and started off with an amazing massage from Bronson. This was then followed by a custom facial with Jody. My face was breaking out pretty bad prior to this facial and it has been soo much better since! After those services, I had lunch in their cafe, followed by the salt room, cryotherapy, sound focus and biomat. The sound focus was new and something I had never done before. I m still super curious about if it works or not! By the end of the day, I was super relaxed and ready to go back to work the next day!
