Since that unfortunate incident occurred, Dr. Osemwota has made me feel more optimistic about giving her practice a second chance. Although I was not able to meet her during my initial visit, Dr. Osemwota made it her businesses to contact me personally to apologize and rectify the problem by offering to reschedule my facial appointment and not only that, she assured me that she would perform the service herself free of charge. She was very personable, empathetic, and clearly has a deep respect for her business, clients, and potential clients. I just want to thank Dr. Osemwota for reaching out to me and reassuring me that my prior experience will not happen again.

I initially…read morechose them because of their Arnold location and working with kids, but they only accept new patients or children at their Sunset Hills office, which is a far drive for us. Because they don't offer after-school slots for new patients (the latest they offer is 2:30 PM), I had to arrange classroom coverage to leave work early as a teacher, and pull my daughters out of school. After dealing with school delays, traffic, and difficult parking, we walked into the office at 2:40 PM for our 2:30 PM appointment. The receptionist was on the phone, and when she finally acknowledged us at 2:41pm, she rudely informed me that they would not see us because we were past their 10-minute grace period by one minute. We were literally one minute late with two young kids in tow. I understand the need to stay on schedule, but to turn away a new patient who waited over a month for an appointment--and who clearly rushed to get there--over sixty seconds is completely rigid and lacking in basic customer service. We will not be back and I recommend looking elsewhere if you want an office that values its patients' time and effort.

In terms of Dermatology & knowledge, I would agree Dr. Musick offers what I feel is experience. What I feel is honesty, intergrity or actual care for a patient over a bottom line invoice and collection of fee I feel one star can't be a low enough review. Musick billing made it crystal clear that all invoice disputes - even if acknowledged errors on their part - can only be decided on my Dr. Musick. Not their billing department, not their billing manager. That level of over-reaching untrust, makes me wonder if what I thought was kindly care by Dr. Musick, is as fake as the lips and filled wrinkles that he performs to keep the bills paid. Lesson learned if you care about your actual body, skin care or have an unfortunate and real history of skin cancers, go elsewhere and please use this as the strongest recommendation to do so. If you need plump fillers, Botox or similar to make your day worthwhile. Good news Metro East, this can be your place! If you need honest skin cancer care as a patient, then bad news, this shiny new office needs bills to pay and you are an invoice first and true care falls in somewhere after. If you have true, actual dermatology needs please reasearch professionals that can and will care - that is what I will do here next.
