As soon as I opened the door, I felt a calmness. The room was inviting, there was soft music playing and Miss Linda greeted me warmly and immediately with a big smile. Ms Barb welcomed me within two minutes and mentioned they would be doing some imaging and explained everything along the way. We decided on a root canal that day, my heart immediately started to beat fast and I told both Ms Barb and Dr Mickel of my past unpleasant experience, and my hesitation. They were both very affirming and encouraging. They allowed me time to center myself and gave me a squishy ball. They talked me thru it and explained every step. I made it and Dr Mickel whispered a quick blessing over me as the end. It was exactly what I needed on that day. The positive messages on the walls were great. I thanked Ms Barb in tears and she asked if she could give me a hug. I have never ever had genuine kindness shown to me at a dentist setting. I am forever a fan!

My teeth had been an ongoing issue for me, part genetice, part neglect ( I was teriffied of the dentist and avoided going) but two years ago I decided to do something about the pain and discomfort, so I contacted Clear Choice in Cleveland, Ohio for a consultation. The appointment was one of the best decisions I have ever made. At the consultation, they took full 360 degree X-rays of my teeth and jawline. They were able to clearly show me what was going on with my teeth and what could be done about it. I finially felt empowered with this information to make an informed decision about my dental health and I decided to move ahead with a full set (upper and lower) implants. You read a lot about the cost of the procedure, I had already spent countless dollars on root canals, bridges, crowns, etc..... The crowns and bridges either fell off or did not sit correctly in my mouth, thousand of dollars for NOTHING. When I saw what the implants could do for my dental health and my smile, I felt it was time to finially put myself first and deal with my fears. I felt the price was fair and I really did not want some "discount" dental shop selling me implants, I wanted the pain and suffering to be over! It was been two years this August since I had the implants, the whole process from beginning has been unbelievably positive. Dr. Ali Kanawati is what every dental professional should strive to be, compassionate, knowledgeable, understanding and nonjudgmental. EVERYONE at the dental center was professional, respectful, kind and caring. The customer service is phenomenal. My implants were completed in two stages, first the lower teeth were all pulled and then the temporary implants were screwed into place. Then about four months after I came back and had the uppers done. I choose the two stages because I was so nervous, but looking back that was unnecessary. There was very little pain, no brusing and from the moment they were screwed in, the implants looked great. I returned to the implant center yesterday 6/11/2015 because I noticed I was grinding my teeth and wanted to have them looked at. This visit is what was prompted me to write this review, nothing at the Clear Choice Dental Implant Center in Pepper Pike has changed, Jenn (sorry I do not know your last name), Dr. Kanawati, Mary and everyone else who works there, THANK YOU. Your dedication to your profession is commendable. If you are reading this review because you are considering dental implants, do yourself a favor and head over to Clear Choice for a consultation. It is a totally new dental experience!
