Very pissed off customer! I went to 420 Sahara on 4/1/26 at…read morearound 11:30 am I placed an online order for pick up when I arrived at the dispensary they had no online order for me. I remembered what I had ordered so I let them know, my order came out to $324.23 which was higher than I was quoted but whatever, after paying I thought I had to pick up my order somewhere else because the guy that helped me didn't give me my order I had just paid for. So I had to look for someone to ask where do I pick up? And found out the guy forgot to give me my order. Bad experience already. Fast forward to 04/08/26 I looked at my account online and discovered that my points were not there so I called to see why, the woman I spoke to said she didn't know and in fact there wasn't even an order history for my name???? wth? So I explained I in fact came in on 4/1 and placed an online order. She again said no history, I told her well I had over 300 points missing and she proceeded to tell me "it does not matter anyway because all points reset May 1st anyways" I said "what does this have to do with my points?" The lady then said " if you don't use them they reset May 1st" I said "well how do you know how many times I will be coming in for April?" She remained quiet. I smoke often because I am disabled and have severe pain everyday and to be treated like this is not professional and really bad for business! I have questions though so what happened to my order history and if it doesn't exist who went home with my $324.00????? They don't know how often I come in to redeem my points they just assumed I'm not a frequent shopper. Management needs to get it together there because I think there are some thieves among you! NEVER AGAIN and I will be notifying the BBB.

I will not be going back here to spend my money. I spend way too much to be treated like a number. Not worth the wait times. I went to curaleaf and was in and out!
