It required a 2 hour block requiring drilling,and " that silly putty stuff" and throughout the work, I felt no pain also enjoyed watching Columbo on the tv while in the chair! (lol, they let us watch anything we want on tv.) I woke up today after having the best night sleep feeling great. i return soon to get my new bridge installed, looking forward to it. Btw. Dr.Jim McHenry put in a bridge on left side of mouth in 1988 or 1989 and this bridge has never given me trouble, and it's now 34-35 years old!

Be it the friendly and efficient office staff who helped with scheduling, the nicely set up online forms system or most importantly the dentists/hygienists themselves. The office itself is super clean and swanky. Preethi my hygienist was very friendly, thorough and explained very well to me every step of the way. Dr. Ramani, who seems like the main dentist here makes sure to stop by and discuss details with the hygienist and me at every appointment which I think is a nice touch and makes me feel more at ease. Without realizing it, Dr. Ramani spoke with my kids (10 and 8 years old) about their dental visit/health today and refused to update and or talk to me (their mother). When I confronted, they were visibly annoyed I inquired. When I spoke with her about them being minors and how inappropriate that was- she was rude and short tempered and said she was short staffed - which is no wonder as I overheard her laying into a poor employee from the lobby area when I arrived. I looked at reviews and location to find one that had later hours. I was able to get an appointment that I didn't have to miss work and made the appointment. They sent me the paperwork to fill out online so when I got there all I had to do was check in and give them my driver's license to copy. I was quickly taken back to the room. Very thorough check with a couple of ways of X Rays, 3D scan of my teeth, and measure of the gums for the pockets. Everything was quickly on the screen for me to see. They were also thoroughly explained. Since I hadn't had a cleaning in almost 4 years, they used 2 methods to get the teeth clean. The dental assistant was very professional and kind. The dentist showed me the things I needed to know and what was needed to do now and what just need to be watched. I need to have 2 fillings replaced since part of them is missing. I am happy to find a local dentist since I used the same one in Monroe for over 15 years and even drove there after I moved from there 7 years ago.

In the waiting room there's hot/cold beverages, and new furniture, and they have TVs in the ceiling for when you're actually leaned back in a chair having dental work done - how cool. The staff was so nice and explained everything very clearly. I appreciated how I could make an appointment and get in pretty quickly instead of having to wait weeks and weeks like my old dentist.
