X-ray tech was new or possibly a trainee , took along time to get xrays, as he kept retaking the xrays to get the right views. It was painful as he kept pinching and scratching my mouth with the film. Dr Boykin was nice, and Katie the dental hygienist was great, so I made an appointment for my son for teeth cleaning and they changed his appointment the day before without calling, only text message and said if I can't adjust my schedule I couldn't get my son in for another cleaning appt for at least another month. Appointment setter said they always have schedule changes last minute so please keep that in mind when booking with their office. After that I decided this office isn't for me. Of note I didn't have any dental work work from Dr.Boykin just teeth cleaning by the hygienist. Mary

I was referred, and went to Dr. Keshav at Ramona Main Street Dental and it was a completely different story. Dr. Keshav did what all my other dentists haven't done and he and his staff (yes, his staff) took the time to talk to me about my fears; and together we realized that it takes longer for me to go numb than it would for a usual patient - which is why I had pain before. I felt like someone was actually listening to what I had to say. Once we figured that out, I no longer had pain during my procedures. I cannot tell you what a huge difference this had made for me and getting dental care. I really do encourage anyone who has any, and I mean any fears or concerns about having dental work done should talk to Dr. Keshav. It never hurts to talk. The front office is great too, very personable. Everything gets spelled out and there are no "surprise" charges.
