I found year ago it's best to let experts deal with these sorts of problems. One of the immediate problems I had to deal with when I moved (after the snow melted) was that my yard had a serious weed issue. They were everywhere! Also other parts of the lawn did not look healthy. I called and asked around and decided to hire Friedrich's who had a very reasonable price. Thanks to them my lawn is infinitely better!

Most of the bids were flat rate for interstate moves, even though both towns were right on the border of each state and most bids were approximately $1,200. One company even bid three moving men for this trip. I clearly understand when families move their entire home and all belongings, one may need more movers and time for this process. This furniture had no sentimental value and was not worth $1,200; I simply wanted to utilize something I already had as I do not like to shop. TJ's Services arrived for the pickup and delivered on time. They were very courteous and did a very nice job. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I had any other moving needs.

That mindset is from contractors that so often take the money without returning. Eric, was extremely professional, accountable and his response was immediate! In addition, he and his staff were meticulous in their work! I would with 100% confidence recommend this roofing company. Not only did Eric and his crew keep their promise of the time frame but also didn't go over the agreed upon quote! Most impressive was the diligence of completing the job. However, the interactions that I observed interfacing with my parents was so appreciated as they are an elderly couple in which a handshake still makes you a person of your word! They quoted between $10,000 and $20,000 for the job. To put that in perspective, I previously had my entire basement waterproofed--which took an 8-man crew a full week of heavy labor, jackhammering concrete, outer perimeter excavation, and pouring new stone/concrete--for that same price range. Laying down plastic in a crawl space requires a few hundred dollars in materials and basic labor, not specialized trade craftsmanship, engineering, or years of apprenticeship. Quoting up to $20,000 for basic vapor barrier installation is completely unreasonable. Get multiple quotes before committing to work here.

Then he chemically stripped the house and building. The stripper also removed the paint from our gutters, drip edges,, and the finish off of all of door hardware. It stained the garage doors and all the other doors. Also all the outside lights were filled with the stripper water. As a result of all this, we had to have our gutters replaced, all doors repainted and hardware replaced, replaced the outdoor lights, had to take apart and clean all the storm doors. Needless to say we are really disappointed. It was a lot of money just to have it last less than 2 years. We do not recommend them to do a restoration on a loghome. They were not properly equipped to do this kind of job. We now have to start all over again. If you need someone to soft wash they are great for that.
