I contacted them to remove an out-of-control shrub that had a tree growing in the middle of it that was at least 15' tall. I wanted the entire plant removed. 1. When they came out to give an estimate I never received anything in writing for an estimate or a contract for the job. 2. Upon payment for the job I never received a receipt. 3. They were not able to grind the stump out at the same time as cutting it down. This was fine, but it was a full 5 weeks later before this was done and only after three phone calls to motivate. Never got an apology or any attempt at an explanation. Very amateur operation. Steer clear!

After checking out the final job, I told my husband this is who I wanted to trim our honey locust. They will come out and look at what you want done and provide a written estimate along with a drawing on exactly what they suggest. When the crew came out the first time a few years back, we talked about one limb. They suggested just leaving on until the end so I could decide - since once can't glue it back on! This helped me a lot on what to do. They just don't go to town and cut up the tree as I have seen on ALOT of job. Just had them out again to trim up the same tree.
