The first 9 holes were fine but the second 9 a bummer. When we got to the eleventh hole there was 6 golfers on the hole so we skipped it to get in front of them. Two holes later on a par3 two guys teed off about 5 times. Skipped that hole and fed up left the course. $53.00 dollars to play 11 holes. Would not go back.

Everyone was friendly and greeted us with big smiles, hello's and friendly service. I mean everyone from ground staff to wait staff everyone was ready to serve or just being helpful. The pool area is top notch and would compete with any resort. There is a kids water play ground too. Bar service evil it's ISR was prompt and properly frequent. Our room was great despite the aforementioned, bed was comfortable and all the little details in order. Our room had a walk out balcony which we really appreciated and used throughout our stay. There are several restaurants on the property but make a reservation at the Summit, spend a little too much cause it's worth it. Immaculate service, wonderful top flight foods, ridiculously good deserts! Pull your boat up to the courtesy slips and enjoy a meal or pick up supplies at the ship store. There are 27 holes of championship golfing with more to come, a full service gym, spa, sauna, and the typical ball rooms and meeting rooms. Really this would be five stars if not for all the noise and I can't fault the staff or service, perhaps the building contractor? Sadly then, they really deserve five stars, we are already planning a return visit and plans to rent a boat. PS we would have rented a boat but the weather was not great on this trip and really you come to a place like this for four things; boating, fishing, golf, and pampering afterwards.

Once seated, we did not get service in a timely manner. The three beverages, red sangria, white sangria, and gin and tonic, were not even drinkable. These were some of the worst beverages I have ever had. I am glad we ate prior to arriving. We have had pleasant experiences in the past, but this last Thursday made me not want to come back.

The food is subpar and expensive. Wifi is very slow. Don't expect peace and quiet because the lobby is constantly playing loud country music. Welcome to Bigfoot Fun Park in Branson--a place where your inner child meets your adult-level fear of heights and your wallet quietly starts sweating. We started with the mini golf, because nothing gets the blood pumping like passive-aggressive putting. The course was glow-in-the-dark, covered in caves, waterfalls, and Bigfoot-themed props. At one point I putted through a log that looked suspiciously like a porta-potty. My ball ricocheted into a fake pond and I pretended that was part of the experience. Then came the main event: the Bigfoot Action Tower. There are two options--either shoot 200 feet in the air like you just stepped on a LEGO, or drop straight down like a terrified ragdoll. We did the drop ride, and I swear time slowed down. I heard colors. I made promises to the universe. And when we landed, I couldn't stop laughing--or maybe crying, it's all a blur. The arcade was next, where we exchanged real dollars for digital tokens and digital tokens for tickets, and then tickets for one (1) glow-in-the-dark rubber chicken. Worth it? Spiritually, yes. We peeked into the Yeti Fun Zone, which is like a jungle gym on caffeine. Kids were leaping off platforms, zipping down slides, and flopping into air bags like little gymnastic possums. I considered joining but remembered I'm at the age where I can injure myself sneezing. To finish the trip, we checked out the 8D theater ride, which included VR goggles, laser guns, and an on-screen Bigfoot in what I can only describe as the weirdest cowboy vs. alien vs. sasquatch scenario ever rendered. All in all, Bigfoot Fun Park is weird, wild, and unexpectedly charming. It's like someone asked, "What if Chuck E. Cheese married a roller coaster and they had a baby raised by Bigfoot?" Take a wedge (no sand here), a putter and maybe a 5 iron, and you're set for the whole course. Don't expect tranquility and manicured greens: the place is right by 44, and I wouldn't be surprised if they use Nanny Goat rather than John Deere in their upkeep. They light up the course at night, they look the other way if you have more beer than balls in your bag, and I've witnessed 2 hole-in-one's on the 6th hole. A good time will be had by all.
