Bilby is a miracle worker!…read more I came to him with ankle pain I had been suffering for several weeks. I had already seen a podiatrist who told me she couldn't diagnose the problem without a $1000 MRI, but added that I would probably need an expensive orthotic walking boot or even more expensive physical therapy for several months. While I was weighing these options, a friend recommended a visit to Bilby for a second opinion. When I saw him, I explained the story and the podiatrist's recommendations and he said very quickly that it was all unnecessary because I very clearly had tendonitis in my ankle that was the result of tension in my lower back pulling the muscles in my legs, which were then tightening the muscles in my ankle. He said a simple alignment on my lower back should take care of everything. I was skeptical, but after a very quick and painless adjustment, my pain felt better immediately! I had one more alignment with him a week later and the pain disappeared completely. And it cost me less than $100! For the record, I have three other friends with very similar stories, and Dr. Bilby helped them all. He couldn't be friendlier, either. He's a super friendly guy with a great bedside manner who just wants to help people. I strongly recommend him if you're feeling pain anywhere, even if it's not in your back. Thanks Dr. Bilby! You saved me a fortune, and months of unnecessary orthotics and physical therapy!

I met Dr. Clifton at a baseball game a couple of years ago after I had just been struck in the neck by a baseball. He came up to me after seeing it happen and told me to come see him. I am very happy that I did! After examining my posture and taking x-rays he discovered that I have a short leg and under issues besides the recent trauma to my neck. After being adjusted by Dr. Clifton regularly I have noticed a significant improvement in both my head and neck aches as well as my health in general. Dr. Clifton's method of using an Activator is a more effective and accurate way of treating subluxations than the manual method. Dr. Clifton really knows what he is talking about and it is obvious that he wants the best for his patients. The staff are very caring people who want to help you get better. If you are suffering from aches and pains or just want to have better overall health then I would definitely recommend the Family Chiropractic Wellness Center to you.

I was introduced to the idea of a Psilocybin journey by my CBT therapist and I'm so grateful for…read moreit. I was only making incremental progress on my lifelong depression and anxiety with therapy alone. I was extremely eager to grow as a person and find stability in life but continued to struggle with setbacks and self-doubt. My Psilocybin experience was life changing in that regard. 1 Month after my experience, these are my lasting effects: Felt like a dopamine reset: I came out with a bigger appreciation for life and a more positive outlook that stuck around. Mood and energy: My mood feels steadier and my energy is more consistent. Better self-awareness: I could clearly see which behaviors I was using to escape depression vs. the ones that actually make me happy and stable long-term. Social anxiety: My inner critic and self-doubt about being myself around other people dropped a lot. Cravings and binges: Urges around food, drugs, and video games were almost completely quieted. I feel much more in control of when and why I engage with them. Long-term thinking: I feel clearer about my long-term goals and more motivated to work toward them day by day. My facilitator and the office staff made my journey very comfortable and enjoyable. I was nervous about the new adventure but that was quickly resolved and the tranquility and relaxation after the effects wore off was bliss. I would recommend this medicine to absolutely anyone who is struggling with depression, self-doubt, anxiety, binging, addiction, burnout or low motivation. It wasn't just healing for me, it was also a lot of fun to experience a new perspective of reality and it made me realize we take for granted just how many signals our bodies offer us and how often we try to quiet or ignore them.
