Ashley has been phenomenal in helping me navigate my injury and I cannot say enough about both her technical skill as a practitioner and her level of caring as a person. She also was a great sounding board as I worked with an orthopedist and a PT. She supported me as I needed to advocate for myself when my pain was minimized.
