He did nothing my feet were just like they were when i got there. He used no pedicure tools. I asked him to use one of them and he said no i just do it like that and i put good lotion. I said again can you use the tools for dry dead skin. He said no no. I said i am not happy you did not do anything. I asked again for him to please do a good job cause i didnt want to have to go elsewhere. He kept saying no i just scrub and lotion. I said i didnt want gel cause i was not happy. He went and got regular polish, when he came back i showed him what i was unhappy about and what i'd like done. He refused. I said dont even paint them you did nothing. I was 100% unhappy. He got mad and told me to get out. I have gotten 100's of pedicures and i wanted nothing extra. Just what is always done. First one of the season, i would of paid top dollar and tipped him great if he did a good job. I am having horrible experiences down here with customer service. I want nothing extra only what is expected. The language barrier , i feel is being used as an excuse. I went to my normal place in plymouth paid $32 got a great pedicure and left a 25 tip.
