Upon walking in, every stylist was already occupied except Sam. We were lucky to have caught him just returning from a break. My son is off to college soon and he wanted a new cut. We had an Asian fringe style in mind, with a photo on his cell, showed Sam what he wanted and the process started. First the hair wash, then to the haircut chair. Both processes were handled by Sam. Sam referenced the photo a few times and even asked questions during the cut to ensure my son wanted a certain side or sweep for his bangs. Very professional all throughout. Both of us were very happy with the results and we will be sure to return again for the next maintenance cut. I saw other customers getting color treatments and the results were fantastic. Prices have since been increased due to inflation pressures. Starting price is now from $15 to $20 depending on the length of your hair for women. There's actually a price chart with the price alongside each provided service which is hanging from above plastered on the wall. Staff speaks mainly Mandarin Chinese but would still understand minimum/basic English if customers happen to be non-Chinese. Hair stylists are patient and willing to take their time to give the customers their ideal looks/hairstyles. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know including my friends and family. It was an auspicious sign. I saw the sign of a saloon, called Hair Gallery Princess. I decided to walk in there and saw a stylist busy at work doing a full length ombre on a customer. Since I am a guy and definitely didn't need an ombré, I still decided to see how this hairdresser was executing the ombré. Luckily, I walked in as she was finishing the job. It seemed to me that Jenny had had decade or more of experience doing such jobs, and I felt that the communication and the end outcome of her job was outstanding.
