I called back 3x begging for the dentist to see me as I knew I could not go the night with this pain. Not to mention I'm allergic to all pain meds! I was told there was nothing they could do and I wasn't the only emergency they had they were going to close at a certain time! I always passed Klein Family Dentistry on my way to work and thought how great it would be to go there since it was so close to my home. However, I thought I needed to be loyal to my dentist office of 24 years until yesterday. When I called Kline Family Dentistry, I explained I wasn't a current patient but needed emergency assistance with my tooth. The receptionist listened and then asked how quickly could I get there and scheduled me in. When I arrived, they were busy but still got me in! I was given the tablet to check in with my information and then Sierra came out with the biggest smile brought me right back! What a great personality! She told me I was going to see Dr. Klein himself and in he walked! After a quick x-ray and blood pressure, Dr. Klein explained that he hated to meet like this and that our first encounter had to be a tooth extraction! He and Sierra went above and beyond to ensure my well being, especially since I can't have pain meds and certain anesthesia's. Dr. Klein took his time since the tooth gave a tough time coming out and gave me rest periods. I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't taken me. Dr. Klein said it would have been bad to wait until the next day and would have gotten worse and possibly infected. Today the first thing in the morning, Dr. Klein himself called to see how I was feeling and explained everything I was feeling was normal and said to call anytime. I can't express enough my sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Klein and his professional staff for such an outstanding experience! Top notch all the way from the minute you call, walk through the door and leave! I will now be their loyal patient from here on in! Marianne S

When this issue was discussed with the office manager I was treated rudely and my complaints were dismissed. In fact the manager falsely claimed the fees were discussed with me. I find this gaslighting insufferable. My suspicion is they elevate their fee for insurance payments. However, when you are paying out of pocket you get stuck with the entire fee. I would not trust this practice with your health or your wallet.

I was in a very tough spot having tremendous pain and swelling in the top right wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. After coming from a different dentist that I will not name due to having an awful experience, Lanco truly did change every opinion in my mind about how a dental office should operate. From the receptionists to the dental hygienist, and all the way to the lovely doctors who own and operate this incredible establishment, I truly was amazed at how diligent and caring these individuals worked together. In a matter of an hour I had an emergency appointment scheduled, and the wisdom tooth extracted pain free and in such a swift manner. I must say that the doctor who did the procedure deserves the utmost credit for assessing the situation and acting promptly not only in procedure. Though also explaining ALL of the outlines of payment, diagnostics, and further details on the entirety of the procedure before even coming to the conclusion of extraction. That being said you can entirely expect the utmost respect from the staff and even more importantly the family style of care that the office truly does embody. Absolutely fantastic service and people at this office I would highly recommend to anyone who needs any dental assistance!

It's about 25 miles away but worth it to be covered for oral surgery. When I went to Dr Stender's office for the initial consultation the staff was very nice. During the consult, the doctor and his assistant were cheerful. I felt like I was with friends. Dr explained the procedure in detail but in layman's terms. His receptionist told me the approximate copay which was within a few dollars of the actual amount. I left confident that what seemed like a major thing- crown lengthening (bone shaving), was a minor operation. It turned out to be routine and minor oral surgery. In fact, I drove myself to and from the office on the day of the surgery. Dr Stender skillfully applied local anesthesia. It didn't hurt when he inserted any of the needles nor when he did the surgery. I was only there for about 45 minutes from parking my car to heading back home. I had no pain afterwards and I did apply a cold pack for the first couple of hours per instructions. I never took any pain meds and returned a week later to have stitches removed. I had no discomfort or complications. I highly recommend Dr Stender and his associates. He always used my preferred nickname which is more than I can say for some of my co-workers :-) if you're looking for excellent service from competent and personable professionals look no further.
