Hands down the BEST gym in the area. I am fortunate enough to have a gym membership through my…read moremedical insurance. This affords me the opportunity to pay one price, but have access to a number of gyms. It's honestly the best gym membership out there. As such, I have worked out at LA FITNESS, planet fitness,m and Snap Fitness in the area. Titanz trumps all of these. Snap in Vinnjngs would be a close second. What makes this the best gym? 1. It's open 24/7. 2. It's the cleanest gym. 3. They have machines that you will not find at the competitor gyms. 4. The members are awesome( friendly and supportive) 5. They have a sauna 6. They rarely have machines that are out of order. If they do m, the my will not be out of order forever. 7. The playlist the have going is always on point! I often feel like I don't even need my own music. I have been working out at this gym pretty consistently lately. It is a gym for people that are serous about working out. I am not saying that you should not try this gym if you are new to working out. I actually feel like it's a good place to work out when you are new to working out as the members will motivate you to push yourself a little harder for the results you want. I am the kind of person that enjoys working out around people that look better than me. When I am doing a set and I glacé over and see bulging biceps or 6 pack abs I am encouraged to do some additional reps!! If you are looking for a gym to call hone, I would highly recommend checking this spot out!

I just moved to the area and was very eager to find a new yoga studio ASAP. I signed up for the $30…read moreone week trial for the classes since it looked like the best value. I was so disappointed in this studio. It's in a great area, but the studio is only one room for everything, very cramped, and when people come in early for the next class it is disruptive during the yoga rest at the end of the practice. The class was Ok, there was a lot of dead space between moves, and it did not feel like a very good workout overall. And there were only a few moves gone over, not very cohesive. I tried calling a few times to cancel my last 3 classes that I reserved because I had to return home to New Orleans last minute for a family emergency, but there was no voice mail, the phone kept ringing. I was fine loosing the $30 since I only was able to attend one class for the week. I planned on sending an email once my flight landed back home and I was able to get settled and help my family through this difficult time, obviously sending an email to a yoga studio after several attempts at calling, was not my main priority. When I got to my computer yesterday, I had received a very snarky email from the owner advising me that she was charging me $10 for each class I missed, when I explained that I tried to call and inform that I could not attend, she very rudely replied that it is not her responsibility to cancel my classes for me. Over it, and make sure you do not save your credit card information to the site, they WILL charge you without your permission and there is no option to delete your card info once added, you can only edit or add another card. I recommend the Vita Prana Studio a little further down Atlanta road if you are new to the area.

The closest Planet Fitness or gym in general would be at least 15 minutes away from me.This isn't the newest or nicest gym however the equipment, service and overall value is extremely consistent. It's a large gym with plenty of cardio machines, and free weights etc . If you come between 7 and 9 AM it's super packed, also between 6 PM and 8:30 PM. Pros: The facility is always clean, I'm able to take a shower after every work out with no problem. There are always plenty of bottles with cleaning solution to wipe down the machines. There are plenty of machines and I was have access to the machine of my choice. Cons:At one point there was a security guard walking around the gym, it kind of made me nervous instead of feeling safe. The front desk staff is Ok, not overly friendly but not rude either. It seems dark in the there I'm not sure why there are plenty of windows but it doesn't get enough sunlight or have I guess LED lights inside... I'm not sure but it does seem dark. This isn't a newer facility and it looks like it. I think it was built five years ago but it seems like it's been there forever.

I've really enjoyed my experience at Planet Fitness. The gym is clean, spacious, and has a good…read moreamount of equipment, plus the staff and fellow patrons are generally pleasant. However, I can't give it a full 5-star rating due to one major issue: the management's rude and overly aggressive use of the Lunk Alarm at closing time. While I appreciate the concept of the Lunk Alarm, the way it's implemented near closing hours is quite off-putting. It's extremely loud and disruptive. I understand that it's meant to signal to members that it's time to wrap up, but keeping the alarm blaring for what feels like 30 seconds the first couple of times and then continuously for the last 3 minutes before closing feels downright inconsiderate. A simple 3-second alert would suffice! Better yet, a cheap PA system could be used to kindly announce, "Valued guests, it's now 6:45 PM. We close at 7 PM, and we respectfully ask that you start wrapping up." Following that with a similar reminder at 6:55 would be far more courteous. Then, at 7:00 (not 6:58), the alarm could go off. Unfortunately, their approach leaves a very negative impression, and I'm seriously considering checking out other gym options because of it.
