I was really looking forward to this massage, but unfortunately I left feeling disappointed…read more Natalia was pleasant, but despite asking several times for firmer pressure, I didn't notice much of a difference. The massage started at my feet and worked all the way up to my scalp, which I found to be an unusual sequence. I've had many massages over the years, and I've never experienced one done in that order, so it felt a bit odd. The pressure remained too light throughout, and I kept hoping it would improve, but it never did. I paid for a 90-minute session and, honestly, I was ready to leave after the first 20 minutes. To top it off, at the end of the massage I was handed a dry towel to wipe the massage oil off myself, which felt unusual and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. The spa itself is beautiful, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. I just wish the massage had matched the quality of the rest of the experience.

About a year ago, I tried the same service at another spa--the tint was okay, but there was basically no lift at all. I started thinking there was something wrong with my lashes since they're so straight and fine. I decided to give it one more try and asked Grok for a recommendation, which led me to Pure Skin Spa. Michelle was incredibly sweet, professional, and right on time. The spa itself is very clean and has such a relaxing atmosphere. She only did the tint (which turned out great), but the lift actually took beautifully! I was shocked--in the best way--because I really thought my lashes just wouldn't hold a curl. I'm definitely coming back to see Michelle again and can't wait to try some of her other services. Two thumbs up!"

She warmly greeted me and asked if there were any areas on my body which were bothering me or that she needed to pay attention to so as not to cause discomfort. The way she used her hands and arms let me know she is very much in tune with what she's doing. She knew exactly where and how much pressure to apply to release the tension in my body. It was a couples massage. My girlfriends was decent. With hundreds of massages under my belt, I feel this and this price. 90% of Asian massages at half the cost were twice as good. The owner offered an apology and had a conversation with the therapist about the incident she stated. No refund was ever given and all communication ceased. It had such a calm, soothing atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable. I booked my very first lower leg sugaring appointment with Michelle, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so welcoming, kind, and incredibly detail-oriented. Before we even started, she took the time to explain everything about the sugaring process, what to expect, and answered all of my questions. After the appointment, she also went over all of the aftercare instructions, which I really appreciated. Michelle was also just so easy and fun to talk to! She was funny, sweet, and made the entire appointment fly by. I was honestly surprised by how much less painful it was than waxing, threading, or even tweezing - it was way more comfortable than I expected. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better first experience! I'm already looking forward to going back and continuing my appointments with Michelle. She talked to me about a membership and the timing of appointments. She said they had a 20 minute grace period because I said I would likely be coming from work and running late. She said it wouldn't be an issue at all, if I was late the session would just be shorter. I made an appointment to go back for a sauna and was planning on signing up for the membership the receptionist had told me about. I was running late and tried to reach the spa. Scott left me a message. I called back. Scott returned my call and was immediately rude. He said since it was 15 minutes past my appointment he turned off the sauna and would charge me. It wasn't even 15 minutes into the appointment but I apologized and said I understood. He then said there was an issue that I personally blocked the charge and needed to fix it immediately. I obviously hadn't had the chance to block the charge while I was on the phone with him but still apologized. He continued to be rude while I just apologized. I wanted a solution he wanted to be upset. I would never consider going back.
